With the other nations growing in power, Obito needed every advantage on his side. This was the reason he snuck Mikoto out using Kamui in the last second. He needed a woman capable of breeding his "perfect" army.
Mikoto was grateful for her savior and is more than delightful to help him even if it meant being used as their c-u-m dump!
