You'll enjoy a short animation on the planning board then that involves an older Champion Gold attempting to shut down a certain gym (he hasn't received any challengers because they all lose to her) but Whitney persuades him otherwise with 2 "helpings" of fresh Moomoo Milk.

2nd best girl of 2nd gen pokemon. She could've been 1st, but Whitney was the most likable because of her "milk" products, but was hated a bit still because of her Miltank being a pain in the @$$ on the GBC of Gold, Silver, and Crystal.
