Oh yeah dear Rana, very nice reaction to a great band! Eluveiti are from Switzerland, their name means Helvetia in old celtic language, which is the latin word the romans called the nowadays country of Switzerland. I love this folk metal style too, other great songs from this band for you to listen and reaction to could be Inis Mona or Call of the moutains; you will love it:-)

YASSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! I finally get to see your reaction to one of my selected songs 😁 The genre it Folk-metal, a fuse between folk instruments, and heavy metal composition, which really suits well for this type of songs. This song is about the Celtic goddess Epona, patron of horses, so she was really important and here, we see our protagonist; the blond girl, in total despair, after the Roman conquest raided them, she cries to Epona why their goddess had abandoned them, and let their men to die, that's the feeling they wanted to convey with the song; the horrid brutality their people lived at the hands of Rome.
