For headache I take Excedrin, for fever I take Panadol or Tylenol and for the muscle ache or on my hand joints I take Aleve (or the generic versions of any of these ones) Panadol helps zero at headache

They're supposed to be for human consumption. (Japanese people will eat anything from the ocean.) Your cats will just want to eat them right out of the bag. Better hide them well.
