Her name is Kitty, well that is what my Mom named her when she got her 17 years ago. May not have warranty where you bought your phone, all new phones come 12 month samsung warranty. check out https://www.samsung.com/levant/support/warranty/, just trying to help felt so sad for you explained about new phone.
