So I want your opinion on something
You all know that YouTube is giving me a hard time and it's pissing me off cuz
1) I don't earn shit from these reactions
2) I actually work hard on these videos.
And recently I've been splitting the videos regardless due to these blocks that I've been getting trying to escape it
Like I know people view people who make Reactions as talentless or wtv but I do have a lot to say and basically half of my videos are my opinion rather than just my facial expression xD
I Know I'm much more than that..so it really bums me out that I kinda dont get any credit for them AND NOW they're not even letting me put them up..
So I did a survey recently on instagram wanting to know if people watch the videos just for the Reaction part or do they also watch the review part too
And according to the answers I got I think I'm gonna start doing the following:
My reactions are gonna be split into 2 videos
1st part Reaction
2nd part Review
That way whoever just wants to watch just the Reaction, it will be available
People who like to watch the review as well will have it in part 2 which is just a click away
I'm kinda testing the waters with the 2 upcoming Reactions I've done (the iron maiden one and the avantasia one which will be posted this week) to check viewer retention and so on and so far so good
So I wanna see what you guys think about this
For me, this has a couple of advantages
1) since the length of the videos for the reaction part will be shorter, rendering will be faster especially cuz recently I'm editing each video a minimum of 3 times to escape the YouTube block & also the upload time will be shorter so it will cut back on delays when posting
2) I might start making a little revenue from the review parts since they won't have the MV in them
3) I won't feel like a vegetable :P
My main concern is will it be an inconvenience..
I mean I know it's literally just a click away 😂 but I'm paranoid about these things

Yeah, I think this is a good plan! I would of course always watch both videos, because it's just your reaction, your talking, your mimics and your incomparable funny and entertaining style, which makes you special:-) And of course you really deserve some revenue for your awesome work! Perhaps you get less views per video, but the total number of views will increase when you split it in two, maybe this helps you also... Looking already forward very much to your Avantasia reaction:-)

I'm with Todd on this. Diving into the lyrics of each song would add some relevant content and extend your watch hours.

That's what I was thinking! The lyrics part xD and yesss I have a lot of video ideas that I'm planning to post on my 2nd channel that are of the type u mentioned! But the past few months have been too hectic unfortunately and I couldn't juggle the 2 channels so I focused mainly on what my patrons want ❤️

I imagine you'll get fewer views on the review part, but inherently you'll get more revenue. Your fans will usually watch both. Maybe during that part you can look up the lyrics to get a little extra "content". I would also watch you reacting to other things, too. YouTube videos, food, memes, etc. I'd even send you some American snacks to get you started! (I still want to see you react to GOOD rootbeer. )
