It's fine here. But, if other sites are affected too it points to generic Internet connectivity problem or possible attempts to filter/censorship something somewhere. Normally firewalls are working on lower network layers and it is not their job to produce browser error messages for end users. Can you please upload somewhere a screenshot of what messages are you getting from those firewalls ? This may be your Internet provider's proxy server or something even bigger. Or ... maybe it is just some generic CloudFlare error message for example CloudFlare cannot reach Patreon's servers. Patreon is using CloudFlare service to protect from DDoS attacks... and now I'm curious ;-)
