Basically the video is about White missionaries going to indigenous tribes and trying to convert them to Christianity and trying to get them to adopt white culture pushing out the beliefs within the tribes. Then taking what they want, such as sex, servitude, rare animal pelts and i believe an elephant tusk. Then leaving when they had what they wanted and when they felt white culture was more prominent. Also most indigenous tribes the women dont wear upper body clothing just because. The song is super catchy

So the title is pronounced Aus-land-er, which apparently in German translates to foreigner. This video is apparently about sex tourism, at least from an interview I saw, that's what it said. And you can also see references to colonization as well
