However seeing Coach Malin running down the hall he got a little concerned. “Hel-lo sir,” he panted. “You want me to show you how to work out?” Mr. Duport tried his best to ignore the second moan that came from the other teacher. Coach Malin had been fascinated with Duport before he was changed into the massive powerlifting stud. The two headed towards the gym. Now that there was so much more of a difference between them, Mr. Duport couldn’t help but feel a little bit differently. Maybe it’s because Coach Malin only came up to his pecs or that he knew that he could lift his 80 pound body like it was nothing. Something inside Mr. Duport made him a little giddy. He walked into the high school’s gym and started typing away on Cody’s phone. ‘By the end of the workout Coach Malin will be a massively muscular man. He can stay that way if he likes it.’
“Ready?” Coach Malin’s higher pitched voice asked. He stared bright eyed up at Mr. Duport. Despite being several years older, he just felt so young and innocent.
“Ready,” Mr. Duport said. He watched as the Coach squirmed and another mess dripped down his khaki pants. “One second…” he muttered, fixing that little problem the coach was having. “Alright, let’s get started with something easy.” Mr. Duport led the other man over to the weight rack. “Pick out something that would be comfortable.”
Coach Malin stared at the 5 pound weights and grimaced at them. His hands reached out but wouldn’t quite grab them. “Whatever’s comfortable?” he asked. Mr. Duport nodded. Coach Malin finally went and grabbed the 3 pound weights that were on the floor. “Okay. Ready.”
“Right,” Mr. Duport tried his best not to make a look of disapproval. Nothing would have been worse than making Malin want to give up before they even started. He just hadn’t realized just how much help the coach needed. “We’ll start with basic curls. Alright?” Mr. Duport picked up the 20 pound weights, trying his best not to brag. If he really wanted to, he could have lifted the coach up with that extra 6 pounds he was holding, but felt that might be a bit much. Even if it would have been fun.
Mr. Duport started with curls and watched as Coach Malin followed. The small guy finished his set and looked almost confused. “Is something wrong?” Mr. Duport asked.
The coach’s body still squirmed under the sound of his voice. It’s not like Mr. Duport didn’t like seeing it. “Wrong? I don’t know… Is it supposed to get easier as I do it?”
“Well… Yeah,” Mr. Duport chuckled as though everything was alright. “Most things get easier as you do it.”
“Ok… But… This quickly?” Coach Malin asked. “These feel so light now…”
“Maybe you just got the wrong weight. Try these,” Mr. Duport handed him the 5 pound weights instead. He watched as his tiny body pumped out another set of 12. Again, there was confusion on the Coach’s face. “Something wrong?” he pretended he couldn’t tell what was going on. But there was already a little bit of muscle starting to pack onto the coach’s frame. His shirt fit him ever so slightly tighter and those khakis were starting to rise up showing off his ankles.
“I don’t know…” the coach was still skeptical of this sudden growth. After being in the gym for so long, it was unlikely that he’d never attempted to pick up the weights before. But after two sets it looked like he’d gained almost 10 pounds. “Maybe these are a little too light too.” He set the five pounds weights back down and picked up two 10 pound ones. “Maybe these are better.”
Coach Malin went through the exercise again. Each time lifting it, there was an ever so slight bit more of muscle gaining onto his body. There was the slightest bit of a curve around his bicep. His forearms looked thicker. Shoulders wider, stretching his shirt tightly against his chest that had the tiniest showing of two bumps. The polo started to pull out from his pants while those rose slightly more.
“Better?” Mr. Duport asked.
“Better…” Coach Malin stared at the weights. None of this made sense. Consciously, he knew they should have been too heavy, but they weren’t. Even now, they were starting to feel light. He pumped out another set. It should have been making him more tired, but it just felt like they were lighter. “That’s so strange…” he said.
“What?”
“Maybe I need to raise the weight again,” Coach Malin said.
Mr. Duport smirked to himself. “Let’s just try a different exercise. It’s called a tricep extension. What you want to do is fully extend the weight above your head and slowly lower it behind your head.” He demonstrated it and smiled at the awe in the coach’s eyes. “Just make sure you have complete control over the weight. Don’t want to drop it or tear a tricep.”
“Right… Do you think…” then the coach raised it above his head and lowered it again. The first rep was shaky. Then less so. Then almost not at all. Then comfortable. And then it was light. ‘How was that possible?’ But Coach Malin kept trying it and it just kept feeling better and better. He set the weight down and then tried to think. It was just so annoying how tight his clothes were. ‘Was that right? They almost felt loose this morning.’
But looking in the mirror, his answer was given. “Woah! Is that me?!” he walked closer examining the strange image. It wasn’t him. But it was. His small shirt was currently straining against his body. It’d risen high enough to show off the definition forming in his abs. He raised it a little more to see. His weight had almost doubled as he finished the third set.
“Is this right?” he looked to Mr. Duport for some kind of support.
“Is what right?” Mr. Duport pretended he didn’t see. Though, the slight smirk should have given him away. Coach Malin finally look more like an average sized man stretching his clothing to the limit was just so funny looking. Every bit of it strained against his growing body. He was just a little muscular, but that was enough to make the small clothes excessively tight. The button holding his pants closed had popped open, and Mr. Duport was surprised what was hiding down there. It may have only been average but what the coach had been packing before it was absolutely massive.

“Woah…” Mr. Duport said when the coach finished the set. They were eye level now.
“What?” Coach Malin tapped Mr. Duport with the back of his hand. “Afraid I’ll get bigger than you?” But he already was by a couple of pounds. The abs had faded but there wasn’t an excess amount of fat either.

“Okay…” Mr. Duport said. He didn’t realize how much he was being directed as he looked up at the other man. Now the coach was an inch or two taller. “Speak for yourself,” another guy said.
“Shut the fuck up,” Cody ordered. “Go cover his mouth and hold him down!”
