🕑 Added 2020-01-30 21:08:52 +0000 UTCThe chime from Cody's phone went off. ‘Can I have some pics now plz... =D’ It was barely 6am and he normally didn’t wake up until closer to 7. Even if he had to be at work by 8 he could usually just hope in the shower and head off to work. He looked over the message again. ‘$5 will be added to your account once completed.’
“Fucker,” Cody growled. He ran his hand through his furry face feeling the beard he’d been forced to grow the day before. He liked how it gave his rounded face more squared definition. That didn’t mean he expected something like that to be a thing. He snapped a quick picture of him lying in bed and turned back over.
The phone lit up. ‘That’s not what I meant! Give me a full body view of you. I wanna see your whole body! Take it again.’ followed quickly by the chime. ‘Take a photograph like previously described and $5 will be added to your account.’
Cody sat up. ‘Fine,” he groaned as he sat up from his bed. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and trudged over to the bathroom to try to wake himself up a little more. He splashed some water against his face and tried to stretch a little more. His long arms went to the ceiling pulling up his shirt over his belly. Even if his body fat had gone down, there was still a bit of pudge pushing out in front of him. He gave it a nice jiggle. “You’ll be gone soon,” he told it. “One of these days…”
With a few more stretches and a swoop of his hair, he finally felt ready, threw up an arm for a flex then snapped a picture. Even now he felt a bit more pride seeing the more defined muscle. He could see the strength built in it and not feel like there was nearly as much fat covering it up. He gave it a quick squeeze and smiled.
‘Good job! You look so hot!’
Cody felt himself smile at the compliment again. It seemed so genuine and honest. He pulled it back. “Don’t get too caught up,” he reminded himself.
‘Did you ever want to be a bodybuilder?’
“Bodybuilder?” Cody thought about it for a second. ‘Not really. When I was real young I’d always liked those guys who wrestle on TV. I was always one of the biggest out of my friends so I could usually do a lot of the moves on the other guys. When I got to high school, I focused more on football instead.’
‘Yeah!? Would you wanna be like someone like Jack Hoffman?’
“I mean…” Cody weighed his options. He wouldn’t say no to someone like that. The up and coming super star was currently all over the place. Even at 29 he’d been featured on several magazine covers and even trying his hand in some movies. Sure, his acting sucked, but women loved to see him take off his shirt and flex. Not to mention how he was always perfectly framed in the shot, often glistening or with water running down his thick muscles.
‘I mean, kinda, yeah.’
‘SWEET! You just saved me $50!’ Cody looked at his phone strangely. But the chime right afterwards gave him the answer to whatever question he would have had. ‘Small personality change: You want to train to be like ‘Jack Hoffman.’ $50 will be added to your account.’
“I wanna what!” Cody shouted at his phone. He looked it over again and saw it’s background change to one of the pro wrestler standing on the turnbuckle with his arms spread wide. Even with his arms up, the thick muscles in his chest were still on full display. He was an absolutely massive man, filled with power, but didn’t have the same belly that Cody had. Now he looked at that excess fat with even more disdain as he jiggled it up and down.
“Shit,” he growled as he almost wanted to lose it right then and there. He washed his face again trying to get himself to calm down as the anger of not quite being fit like the super stud filled his body.
‘Hehe! I love Jack Hoffman! Always have. He’s sooooooo coool!’ a new text message read. ‘I was worried that something like that wouldn’t really interest you.’
“It didn’t,” Cody glared at his phone again. He hadn’t really thought about that kind of thing in ages. After failing to get a scholarship for football, he’d pretty much given up on any dream like that. And until he’d met up with Mark again, he’d not been in a gym. ‘Yeah, he’s a real cool guy,’ Cody texted back. A lot of the reason he texted that was only because now the wrestler was apparently his idol. As a kid, idolizing those wrestlers for being larger than life studs, now specifically to gain Jack’s toned physique.
‘YEAH HE IS! But I’m surprised someone as old as you knows who he is.’
‘I’m 32,’ Cody glared at the previous text message. It’s not like he lived under a rock. Besides, wrestling was on in the background in several of the bars he went to.
‘Oh really?! That’s not as far off as i thought. Hey. So there’s a way that I can make you younger.... But it costs a lot. Can you raise your maximum again?’
“Younger?!?” Cody wasn’t sure if he believed it. Was something like that really possible? But he thought back to mark and realized that maybe there was a reason he still looked like he was only 21. ‘Can you really do that??’
‘Yeah. But it’s expensive. First year is $150 dunno if it goes up after that… What do you say?’
Cody found his settings menu open before he’d even received the latter part of the text message. He looked over the menu. “$150 more…”
‘Hey. Can you do more than $150 though? I want some pictures too. Plus I’d be able to add a few more changes too~~’
Cody’s thumb hovered over the button. He was really considering it now. If he did $100 more he could probably lose a bit more of that body fat. He’d already bought some new clothes the night before so they’d fit him properly. “Fuck it,” he gave into his greed and pushed his maximum up to $300.
‘Woohoo!’ his sponsor texted the moment he hit confirm. It was instantly followed by a few more text. ‘Life change. Your body will regress 1 year. $150 has been added to your account.’ ‘Lose 2% of your body fat. Once completed, $40 will be transferred to your account.’ ‘Gain 20 pounds. Once completed, $40 will be added to your account. Due to you reaching 250 pounds, weight increases will now cost $3 per pound.’
It was still really hard for Cody to get used to the rush of all the changes at once. His sponsor seemed to love doing them all at once too. He could feel the weight adding onto his frame all at once. Muscle and fat building on his already built body. But then tightening up again as he lost another 2% of his body fat. The rush was weird as his belly pushed out and then pulled slightly back in. His arms bulked up but then tightened as the fat was turned into denser muscle.
His pajama shirt had been loose but now fit pretty well against his larger pecs. He picked up his shirt to see the belly had leveled out with the muscles right above them but at the same time didn’t have the same six mounds that someone like Jack Hoffman was known for. Cody tried to stay positive as he turned around to see the taught ass pressing hard against the flexible pants he wore to bed.
“Well it’s not all bad,” he flexed it and watched the fabric mold around the round bottom.
His phone chimed. ‘Send pictures. $5 will be added for each photograph sent.’
“Jesus, does he never have enough?” Cody wondered to himself.
‘If you’d added more to your maximum, I could have changed more~~’
Cody shook his head and posed for two different pictures. He naturally took similar poses that Jack Hoffman would do to intimidate his opponents. Though, it didn't seem nearly as cool with the extra fat he was carrying. Cody did his best to pretend and throw a mean glare at the camera hoping that it was good enough.
$10 more were added to his account. 'So hot! Just keep in mind my offer. (^.^)'
For a second he had. Cody was just thinking about it but told himself no. The realization of just how much his sponsor was willing to pay was getting to him. Then again, even though he was just a year younger, he felt so much better. It was like his body wasn't as stiff and the shoulder pain he'd started to develop disappeared.
'Maybe tomorrow,' he texted back.
'You’re such a tease. Just do it now~~'
'Tomorrow.'
'Fine (-.-) tomorrow.'
A sigh of relief came from Cody as he put down his phone. He was about to go back into his settings and add to his maximum again. "Would he really make me 29 again? Or even younger?" There was a mix of joy and anxiety surrounding the possible changes. He'd be able to work out so much harder, have a second chance at being somebody, or even to be with somebody. But at the same time it was all at someone else's whim. He didn't like the lack of control.
"Stop being such a pussy," he told himself. With a smack to his cheeks he left the bathroom and tried to get into bed. But the more he laid there, the more energy he felt like he needed to burn off. 'Jack Hoffman runs five miles a day. When are you going to run that? After work? Fat chance. You still have two hours of gym time and today's leg day.'
Across his bed he could see a poster of Jack Hoffman on the turnbuckle with his thick arms spread wide. 'You don't want to be a fatass all your life right? Get up and run!'
"Fine! I'll do it," he gave into his desires to workout like Jack Hoffman. In the corner of his room he spied several magazines with the stars face on them. Each one seemed to be cut out to only show off Jack and his work outs. But, at the same time, Cody knew each and every one of them by heart. He got his workout clothes on and started running. Despite not having done it for literal years, a sense of joy seemed to come out of each step. Even as he finished, panting and having sweet roll off his head, he still felt like he wanted to keep going. But as for now, he still had to get a proper breakfast and then ready for work.

Yeah it's a fun one to write. I'm kind of developing it slower than most of my stories so I was a bit worried that it wasn't moving well enough but I'm glad it's going well. 😄😄
