Halloween Chronivac Story Part 02

Though to Jack he clearly still thought of Adam as his best friend. But seeing his massively muscular body Adam didn’t know if he could really say the same. There was a newfound confidence that the Jack he’d known never had. He was currently driving over 10 mph over the speed limit with one hand on the wheel while his other was occupied with his cellphone. The music was the same but played significantly louder than Jack would have ever allowed in his car.
Then he turned down a road that Adam wasn’t expecting. “Huh? Where are we going?”
“To the frat house,” Jack let out a single laugh.
“Triple Sigma? What?!”
Again Jack laughed. “C’mon man. They’ll let you in. You’re with me.”
“But…”
“Dude! Quit bein such a puss about it. If one of the guys fuckin says shit just tell them ta talk ta me. Alright?” he flexed his thick arm showing off the overly defined muscle. Even in the dim light of the car, he could clearly see the bulge from its flex. Though Adam couldn’t help but wonder how he was staying warm in just his green sleeveless shirt. But with the energy he was letting off, even if Jack was the slightest bit cold he’d probably never admit it.
“Ok,” Adam nodded. He figured the conversation was over. His mind went back to his phone. It seemed to have a lot more power than he ever thought something should have. Though, why did Scott send it to him? And had he used to it? What had he changed? The questions swirled around in his head as he thought about it more and more. ‘Stop!’ he finally commanded himself. Just thinking about it was making him feel sick.
“Dude! Quit buggin out about it. It’ll be fun. I’m sure Tiff or Susan will be there for you to talk to. Don’t fucking worry about it,” Jack must have noticed that he was bothered.
“Right. I won’t,” Adam forced a smile. Seeing the frat house was hard. He’d only ever been to this part of the campus a few times and right now it just felt so foreboding. Even though they were still pulling up, he could hear the loud thumps of the bass and almost feel it as he exited the car. Colored lights were flashing in several of the windows and empty beer cups and bottles were spread across the yard.
Jack closed the door of his car and headed for the front door. Colt was there standing guard. The 6’6” linebacker was pretty much made for security purposes. His thick meaty body could easily absorb punches and he knew how to throw his weight around. Not that many people tried to pick fights with him. But that didn’t mean he wouldn’t if the situation called for it.
“Sup?” Jack nodded his head back at Colt then walked inside. Adam tried to follow but was instantly blocked off by Colt’s thick arm.
“Not him,” he muttered.
“The fuck you mean not him?” Jack took a few steps forward. Even with his added size he was a good 6 inches shorter and 100 pounds lighter than Colt. That didn’t mean he acted it as he puffed up his chest and squared up with the other man.
“He’s not allowed,” Colt didn’t even change his posture. His thick muscle belly easily kept the other man at bay. Besides he knew someone like Jack wouldn’t actually try to start a fight with him. They’d gotten into a few friendly brawls in the past and Colt won with barely any effort. “Mick said no guys outside the frat.”
“He’s with me,” Jack kept his tough guy act up.
“You’re dating?” Colt had a bit of a smirk. “Cause I think I allow an exception. But that means you better not be flirty with any of the girls. I don’t think a guy like him deserves a cheater…”
“Sure. Yeah. Whatever. We’re dating,” Jack started to back down.
“Then kiss.”
Jack looked mortified. “What?! Hell no!”
A smile on Colt’s face only widened. “Then I ain’t lettin him in.”
“Fuck this! Where the fuck is Mick! God damn it!” he stepped in the foyer and looked around. A crowd of people made it impossible to see anyone. Jack turned back to Adam. “I’ll be back.” Then to Colt. “You be nice.”
Colt shook his head and couldn’t seem to shake the smile off his face. Though he stared directly forward and refused to turn his head towards Adam at all. His stiff stoic frame was hard to read as he stood there. But every once in a while he could see his eyes drift over and then fly away the second Adam was to make any form of eye contact.
Adam looked through his phone pulling up the app again. His fingers held above the screen wondering if he should just make himself more like Jack. But something deep inside was telling him that he didn’t know what else would change with it. Would he even remember who he was? Or why he had it to begin with? He couldn’t get himself to type in the words. Then he saw Colt’s eyes on him again. Something popped into his head about what he’d said.
‘People don’t want to lie to me.’
“So, you think me and Jack would make a cute couple?” Adam finally broke the silence.
Colt blew a heavy amount of air out of his nose. “Nah. I doubt it.”
“Oh? Why’s that?”
He paused. Obviously Colt was trying to think about what he wanted to say. It took a lot of effort for him to come up with a reason. “Just think you could do with someone better. That’s all.”
“Someone like you?”
The pause was even longer. He took a heavy swallow and stared forward. The look on his eyes changed from stoic to scared in all of one second. Even in the dim light he could see the light amount of red on it. “N-nuh-ooo,” he finally made out. “You could probably do with someone better than that.”
“What if I didn’t want someone better than that?” he moved closer to the giant guarding the door. Never in his life had Adam felt so ready to be so abrasive. Maybe it was always just his lack of experience. Or maybe it was he felt like he had a certain power, but seeing Colt suddenly nervous around him made him want to press forward. “What if… I want someone like you?”
The light amount of red blossomed into a full bloom as he finished the sentence. Colt didn’t know what to say. He didn’t want to lie. But he didn’t want to admit it either. The disconnect between the two thoughts made it impossible for him to know what to say. He hadn’t even noticed how close Adam had gotten to him. Then quickly took a step back towards the door.
“Ey! Watch it ya fuckin fat ass! Ya almost spilt muh beer!” someone came staggering out of the front door. “Aaawww fuck. Damn it’s fuckin hot in d’ere. Can’t even breathe. But ahhh… Feels so fuckin nice out… Damn.” The guy leaned his weight over the railing and looked like he was about to vomit. He heaved a few times but nothing came out. “Shit man… That’s crazy.” Still with a bit of a stagger, he turned around and looked at Adam and Colt.
He had a fairly handsome face. More of a pretty boy than a jock, like most of the frat. His lean muscles fit perfectly under the bedsheet made toga. He clearly wanted to show off his build but wasn’t nearly as impressive as most of the guys there. At 5’8” and 165 pounds he still found himself looking up at most of the other members of the frat. “Sup,” he nodded his head back trying to act like he could hold his alcohol. “You flirtin with guys again?”
“No!” Colt’s voice almost sounded like it cracked at the suggestion.
“Really?” Adam asked. He could see Colt start to squirm a little bit as he didn’t want to lie to him. The light teasing made him want to keep pushing but at the same time the other guy in the frat seemed to have found it far funnier than he should have.
“Really!” he mocked. “Hot damn! I knew there was a reason you’d always wanted ta be round me when I first joined. Figured it out a while ago but damn! And now ya goin for this loser? Fuck man, guess beggars can’t be choosers. Eh?”
Colt’s expression changed again. He tried to get back to the stoic confident stance he’d had but couldn’t quite do it with this guy around. Him avoiding eye contact seemed to be more admittance of submission than dominance like it had before. The guy seemed to understand this, poking his way closer and closer to Colt’s body.
He poked his finger at Colt’s belly, obviously angry that Colt wasn’t wanting to play anymore. “Eh? I’m talkin to ya…” his finger dug in again.
“Are you just mad that he didn’t choose you?” Adam finally interrupted. He didn’t even realize he was going to say anything before it finally erupted out of him.
“What?” the guy turned around. It was more of a statement than a question. He took a step towards Adam. Even if he wasn’t too big of a guy, he was still bigger than him.
Colt’s hand went to his shoulder. He squeezed causing the guy to turn around. “Don’t Quinten.”
Quinten turned back around. Anger was brooding underneath that carefree façade he’d been trying to keep up for that last few minutes. Clearly he was poking and prodding at them, waiting for a reason to react. All just so he could let out his anger. “You know why I’m in this frat right? You know how much money my dad donates here.”
“Yes.”
“I don’t think you do. Cause you think you can put your fucking hand on me?!” Again he approached Colt with even more dominance. It didn’t matter that Colt was twice his size. It didn’t matter that with one single punch he could knock his ass out. Quinten had control over the situation. He made the other man look tiny compared to the way he was acting.
All the while anger was brewing in Adam. He watched the other guy assert his dominance and take control of the situation even though he was just some drunk asshole. Obviously Colt couldn’t do anything to stop it, lest he be kicked out for pissing off the rich kid. But a thought popped into his head. He went to his phone. ‘Colt and Quentin have each other’s body fat percentages.’
The second he hit enter, Adam could already see their bodies starting to change. With Colt’s large body he easily had something closer to 20% maybe even 25% body fat. It for sure helped him be able to take a hit. The large belly in front of him and all the fat around his arms and legs would absorb the blow while his muscles would work to push back. But watching it quickly add onto Quentin’s frame was something else. His small toned build started to bloat. The abs that he barely showed, mostly because of the lack of fat, were the first to go.
A loose belly hung over his front while his flatter chest started to push out as well. His pecs hung down over the light amount of belly fat. Up and down his arms the same thing was happening. The toned and trimmed body he naturally maintained bloated and filled out with more and more fat. His posture instantly suffered as he leaned more of his weight forward and shoulders went right along with it.
Even his clothes started to change into something more like a doorman than the proud toga wearing jock he was pretending to be. The white sash around his arms and waist turned into a black coat and the legs of black pants that went down to his black shoes. He took a step back, suddenly realizing what he was talking to.
Colt’s large imposing frame just became even more threatening as all the fat disappeared from his body. He still had his near 300 pound frame but with something closer to 10% body fat instead. Thick defined muscles cut through what had just previously been covered in fat. The muscle surged through his entire body. Thick veins pushed out of his skin. Every part of him bulged. Without flexing his arms his biceps were still the size of most people’s heads while each leg looked almost as thick as a person’s torso.
Adam was so stunned by the size of him that he didn’t even realize the change of clothes. The more conservative clothing that covered every bit of his body was replaced with just a pair of shredded jeans and tennis shoes that his toes were sticking out of. The jeans were obviously not his size as they were torn to shreds. But the costume let him show off the deep cuts of his abs and the even deeper cut between his pecs. All he needed to be was painted green and he would have been just about a perfect replica of the Hulk.
Their postures changed as now it looked like Quinten was the doorman and Colt was one of the partiers. Though with Colt’s size there’s no way he could have ever gotten as easily wasted as Quinten. The two stared at each other almost wondering what their roles were all of a sudden. It seemed so strange thinking that the now frumpy Quinten would even think about talking back to anyone. Behind them Jack was coming out with someone.
“God damn it Quinten,” Mick yelled. “You some kind of dumbass or something. I’m trying to throw a fucking party and you’re wasting my God damn time.” He turned to Adam and threw a thumb over his shoulder. “You. You’re allowed in.” Then back to Quinten. His finger poked hard at his chest. “Got it?”
“Y-y-yes s-s-sir,” Quinten stammered.
“Good.” Mick stomped back into the frat house grinding his teeth. “God damn idiot. Fuckin thinks just cause his dad helped us out that I’m gonna go fuckin easy on his dumbass.” The party seemed to have stopped until a door in the house slammed with Mick gone. People looked around and snickered to themselves about Quinten being mocked.
Jack rounded his arm around Adam. “See? No problems. Now let’s go party.”
“Right,” Adam stared still surprised at how much was going on. However also watching Colt stand outside, he almost didn’t want to go in.
