Scott leaned back into his chair and took another French fry. He sure did feel like he was living the life. However as he took the bite someone sat down in front of him. “I’m not here for drugs,” the guy said plainly. “I’m here to change you.”

Nothing around him made any sense.
“What’s going on?!” he shouted letting go of the guy in front of him. “I don’t get it! Holy shit!” His body felt weightless and he couldn’t tell which way was up or down. Scott floated around oddly trying to get a hold of some semblance of reality but none of it made sense. “Who the hell are you??”
The guy just scoffed again. “I guess I shouldn’t expect you to remember me. It’s not like we were friends or anything. I’m James.” He paused expecting some kind of reaction. “Guess you really don’t remember me… I was the guy you shoved to the ground. You made me lick all the mud off your shoes until Coach Henderson stopped you…” Scott still stared at him completely confused. It sounded vaguely familiar but he couldn’t remember it. “Really?!” James was getting even more agitated. “I’ll just show you then!” He snapped his fingers and the void filled in with their high school locker room.
It’d been raining that day and Coach Henderson made them still run around the track and field. Scott had run off while Coach wasn’t looking to make another deal. You two gonna keep it a secret?” The two nodded. “Good. James, you can go. Scott. Stay.” James got up and left the coach’s office. “Now. Don’t think that just cause the school isn’t involved means I’m going to let you sexually assault other students.”
