🕑 Added 2019-07-16 03:16:22 +0000 UTC‘Hey,’ James looked at his IM and couldn’t believe who was contacting him. Even in high school they’d never really spoken. It was little Sammy Wilson. The guy was a pretty awkward kid who always believed in the power of magic and anime. Even if James didn’t pick on the kid he never figured they’d really ever speak. At some point he must have added him on his FriendBook without even thinking about it.
‘Hey,’ James replied. ‘What’s up?’ He prepared for the worst as all the guy was probably going to do was ask him to join some kind of pyramid scheme. It’d been odd just how many people had started to contact him out of the blue. One match in the pro MMA ring and suddenly every girl he’d never even talked to were asking to be his friend again. It didn’t matter that one powerful sock to the nose had sent him to the ground like a brick; somehow it just turned them on even more.
He watched the three dots rotating as Sammy was trying to formulate his thought. Every second they spun, he tried to think of another excuse. ‘How do you feel about being a personal trainer?’
James pushed at his desk in surprise. “What?” he questioned as he looked over Sammy’s profile again. It was the same as it had been. Honestly he almost looked smaller than when he was in high school. Now they were approaching 30 and he didn’t look like he’d even been in a gym.
‘It’s not really for me. I’m just opening a gym and need some people to work for me. I’m still a bit of a noob.’ He added a sweat smiling emoji.
‘I mean I’ve never really thought about it… What’s the pay?’ James responded. After his mix up in the ring he was starting to want a different form of income. He’d trained for a while but once he felt the hot lights and crowd roaring around him, he just froze. All the time he’d spent planning didn’t matter as he felt that fist hit him square in the nose.
‘Errr… Right now I can’t promise too much but it’s more about if you can get people in the gym. I’m just more interested in seeing if you’re interested.’
‘Ok… A little.’
‘Alright!’ Sammy told James to meet him at the gym he was building that afternoon.
“I didn’t even agree…” James stared at his screen. Sammy’s overzealous nature often got the better of him. But at the same time James didn’t have much on the schedule for the rest of the day. Besides working out, he would have just been home goofing off. “Damn it…” he groaned as the perfect job may have just landed in his lap. “Alright… I guess I’ll go.”
He loaded up his duffle bag with gym clothes and started off for the address. Sammy said to come by anytime. The short drive James couldn’t help but wonder what got Sammy so interested in opening a gym. The guy didn’t care about sports or working out. It was just odd that all of a sudden he’d be so interested in something like this. “Job’s a job…” James reminded himself.
The gym was far bigger than James could have even suspected as he pulled into the parking lot. Honestly, he didn’t know how he’d never even seen the construction. Just a few weeks ago it was a giant field with nothing in it. Now there sat a gym bigger than most grocery stores. James couldn’t help but stare blindly at the flashy neon light above the door. “Jesus… How popular does he think this is going to be..?”
“It’s going to be huge!” Sammy shouted. James jumped back in shock as the guy was standing right next to him. He’d always been so good at being sneaky that it was impossible to follow his movements sometimes. “I just need some people to start with…”
“Yeah?” James cocked an eyebrow as he stared down at the 5’6” guy. He still had the same blocky shape he’d had in high school. No muscle definition or fat to give him a more rounded physique. “So what’s your plan?”
“Well… It’s a bit hard to explain. Simply put I just need a few personal trainers to get a few clients then train those clients to trainers. Then get those new trainers to get more clients. And so on…”
“Sounds a bit like a pyramid scheme…”
Sammy laughed. “Pyramid scheme? Absolutely not! It’s just business.”
“Ok… But you want me to be a trainer?”
“Uh-huh. I think you’d be perfect. You’re great at talking to people and I really think you’ll enjoy it,” Sammy started walking into the building. There were already a couple of trainers working out with some clients. “I’ve only been open a couple of days but I think we’re already starting to get some business. As a head trainer, you won’t have to pay membership fees and then I’ll let you keep 80% of your gains. Then with each client you can charge them a trainer’s fee. Until then I guess you’ll be put at minimum wage.”
“Ok…” James said, thinking the word gains was a bit of an odd term. “Sounds like a plan. So I can work out whenever I want?”
“Yep. Just make sure you start looking for some clients.”
“Yeah… Yeah…” James dismissed. “Where do I sign?”
Sammy pulled out some paper work and pen. Without reading it James signed his name. “Alright, I guess you work for me now. Go out there and start getting new clients.”
“Sure thing,” James smiled to himself as he thought about how he was going to be getting paid for just working out. And he was going to take complete advantage of it. Who cares about clients when he was going to get paid anyways? For the two weeks that’s all he did. Six days a week he headed to the gym worked up a heavy sweat, looked over his glistening muscles and then hopped onto the scale. However everyday he couldn’t help but notice that he was losing a bit of weight. It wasn’t much. Just about two to four tenths of a pound every time he stepped on the scale. Over two weeks though it added up.
His 168 pound frame had dropped far closer to 160 than he’d wanted. His abs were still prominent but he didn’t like how thin his arms looked. Or how his medium sized shirts didn’t strain against his torso as much. “What’s going on…” he’d been working out the same as he always had. No more cardio than usual. Eating the same. But still every time he stepped on the scale he was lighter.
“Still haven’t found any clients?” Sammy asked.
“No…” James groaned. He stepped off the scale again and looked down at Sammy. However to his surprise he was currently looking at his chin instead. “What the…?” James took a step back seeing that Sammy looked to be about 5’8”. His entire body structure had started to change. He was about 130 two weeks ago, now he looked closer to where James had been when he started. The nice polo he wore was being stretched out while his khaki’s looked like they were stuffed. Both in the front and back.
“You like?” Sammy smiled as he struck a pose. “You can have this too. Just find some clients.”
James was still just struck by how good Sammy looked. There was no way someone could grow like that in just two weeks. No amount of drug cocktail could get his pecs so defined or ass so plump. “But how…”
“Talk to them mostly.”
“No! How’d you get like this!”
“Oh…” he laughed like it was obvious. “It’s a magic contract. You offered me 80% of your gains and well… Since you aren’t gaining enough at once I still have to take my share. But you’re not my only employee.” He tipped his head to the side pointing at one of the other trainers. The other trainer was huge. Clearly a former bodybuilder or something. Every part of him bulged. “I only take 10% from him because I don’t want to discourage him too much. But he’s used to only be 240 pounds. And I think he was only 6 foot.”
“Six foot…” James sputtered as the other guy clearly towered over him. Even if he was only 5’8” there was no way that guy was only six foot. Not to mention 240 pounds would have been considered light for just how densely packed those massive muscles were.
“See? Now I’m getting you interested,” Sammy bragged.
“Yeah…” James muttered as he realized why Sammy used gains instead. “But how…?”
“Magic,” Sammy laughed as he walked away.
“Damn it…” James cursed as he started to realize what he’d signed up for. The weight of what was happening to him was starting to crash down on him. “No. I’m not going to give up.” He finished his workout then headed back home. There was a newfound determination in him. Without thinking he slammed his car door closed getting the attention of his neighbors.
“Howdy,” the big burly man called out to James. His 20 year old son gave a stationary wave and went back to trimming the hedges.
“Hey,” James grunted back. He looked up again and then realized something. Ron had always been a pretty nice guy. A bit on the bigger side. Maybe he could use a trainer. “Hey,” he tried to sound a bit more friendly.
Ron stopped what yard work he was doing. “Why hello there,” Ron smiled. “There something I can help you with?”
“Actually… I was wondering if you were interested in joining a gym.”
“Oh?” Ron grabbed his belly and laughed. “You must be talking to my wife. Says I’ve gained a bit too much weight.” He looked down at the large round belly in front of him. “Guess she ain’t too off the mark though…”
“I mean… It’s more about just living a healthier lifestyle. See, I’m a personal trainer at a new gym that opened up pretty recently and just need some clients. I was just wondering if you’d be willing to try it out.” James seemed to have forgotten how to stand as he uncomfortably moved back and forth. He was never much of a sales person. Rather he just did the heavy lifting.
“Oh?” Ron seemed a bit interested. “Is it that new big flashy one?” James nodded. “What do you say Stan? This handsome young man wants to train us…”
The other guy stopped what he was doing. “Uhhh… I mean… Uhh… Err… Sure,” it took him a little while to get there but he seemed rather interested in something. James didn’t care if it was just him, he’d just gained two new members.
“Alright! Then let’s get you some contracts,” James said. He rushed back to his car and started looking through it for the paper they’d have to sign.
“Contracts?” Ron was suddenly nervous. “I thought it’d just be… I don’t know…”
“Oh it’s just a formality,” James lied. “Nothing really too important. Just stuff about getting injured and if you want to be a trainer of your own. The gym pays fairly well even if it takes you a while to find some clients.”
“Oh?” Ron’s eyes seemed a bit interested again. “Well the wife is saying I need ta get another job. May be retired but that’s no reason ta be lazy. Ain’t that right Stan.”
“Right…” Stan was busy reading over the contract.
“Right!” Ron gave him a pat to the back but that didn’t seem to interrupt his thought process at all. He leaned in towards James. “And it’ll be good for da boy. He never much did take after sports. Don’t know where that gene went. Loved them when I was a kid and he’s just so against it.”
“Dunno?” James shrugged. “Maybe skipped a generation.”
“Maybe…”
Stan headed for the front door. He stopped and turned around. “There’s some things in here that I want to change. Is that alright?” he asked.
“I mean… I guess so. You’ll be my first clients so I guess it’s alright if you want to make some changes.” Honestly, James didn’t even know what all was in the contract. He’d still not looked over it. Just reading the legal jargon was too boring.
“He’s a good boy,” Ron said oddly proud. The older man clearly cared about his son. “Just wish he was a bit more like his old man.”
“Yeah…” James agreed, not knowing what to say. “Seems really smart though.”
“Gets that from his mother,” Ron poked James in the side with his elbow. “C’mon buddy. Help me with some of these weeds.”
Normally James would have said no. The thought of digging through someone else’s garden just sounded awful. But he needed to make sure he made this deal. Just by seeing Ron’s body, James could tell the man made a ton of testosterone. With just a few weeks he could make huge improvements and then gain back whatever he might have lost. The same was true for his son. If Stan didn’t stay inside all day, and actually tried doing something, he could easily put on the pounds. But he needed to do something.
Stan closed the front door and walked over to James. “I made a few changes. I hope you don’t mind.”
“Not at all,” he quickly signed the paper and handed the one to Ron.
Stan looked stunned. “You don’t want to look it over at all?”
“Nah, I’m sure it’s fine,” James said. He watched Ron sign it. As he turned back to Stan, he saw the younger man scribbling something else in. “Everything alright?”
“Yeah,” Stan blushed. “Everything’s great. I just signed my name.”
“Gotcha,” James grabbed the contract and then signed it as well. “So when do you guys want to start?”
“Tomorrow’s good for me,” Ron shrugged.
“Me too,” Stan’s body went stiff as he said it. The blush on his face only seemed to turn even brighter.
James agreed and then headed back to his place. He couldn’t believe how easy it was to get those two to agree. He thought it was going to take a lot more negotiating but if Stan was willing to fill out the contracts, he was willing to agree to them. What could he have possibly added that would be so bad?

James woke up pretty well rested. He hopped onto the scale. This was the first time in two weeks that the number hadn’t really changed. Even if it was rather normal for bodyweight to stagger five tenths of a pound throughout the day, today he could see that it was still the same. “Alright!” he celebrated as he took his shower. “Going to start gaining my weight back…”
The rest of the day was a bit of a drag as he waited for Ron and Stan to show up to the gym. They were more than ready to start working out. Even if Ron was rather large and hairy, it didn’t stop him from sporting his white wife beater stained with sweat. Nor did it stop him from walking through gym like he owned the place. His round body commanded just as much space and authority as any of the body builders in the gym. Stan on the other hand, seemed to like hiding behind him. His smaller body was covered in an extra-large t shirt that was probably his dad’s.
James quickly approached them and held out his hand to Ron. “Ready to get started?”
“Of course,” he shook it hard. The thick hand grabbed it and squeezed hard.
It took everything James had not to grimace at the pain. The old man still had an amazing amount of grip strength. “Good to hear. You too Stan?” A soft nod from the smaller guy was about all he was going to get. “Alright! Let’s get started then.” James showed them around the gym and gave them a full body workout to start out with. Ron may have gone beat red but he clearly loved every second of it. The gym seemed to have brought back feelings of being young and in charge again as he was finally able to work out his muscles again. But the loud annoying grunts he let out during several of the exercises would have been fine to leave out.
Meanwhile, Stan was ever so careful as he touched the gym equipment. James had to give him a bit more attention than Ron as Stan clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He kept sticking to weights that were far too light for him. Even if Stan wasn’t too big, he didn’t have to stick down at the 5 pounds the entire time. James kept trying to encourage him to do more and by the end of the workout he could actually get him to push himself. Light beads of sweat started to drip down the sides of his face as he’d actually gotten his heart rate up. Meanwhile Ron’s entire body was covered in sweat causing his white shirt to be nearly see through.
“Alright!” James said, excited that they made it through their first workout. “You guys did great!”
“Yehaw!” Ron celebrated with him. Even though he was out of breath he clearly had a lot of energy. “But before I go… Can I ask ya a question?”
“Sure?”
“So you said yesterday that I can start training others at any time I want. Right?” James nodded at the question. “Well see I got this friend that needs a gym too. So would you mind if..?”
“Not at all,” James laughed. “If you want to start training someone else too that’s perfectly fine. But understand that I take some of what you make.”
“That’s fine dere partner,” Ron smiled. “I jus wanted ta know if it was gonna be fine if I already got some other people in on this. Cause, damn! That felt good.”
“I’m glad,” James smiled. Ron was still sweating like a pig. And the deodorant he might have been wearing had worn off. James had been around enough guys to know the smell perfectly and tried to keep from scrunching up his nose too much. However a different part of him actually enjoyed it. He found himself moving closer. Then backed off again. “Teaching is as good as training.”
“Sure is bucko!” Ron pulled him in for a hug, getting all the sweat over his clothes as well. “Anyways boys we’d best get goin.”
James found himself staring off into the distance as Stan waved him good bye. He shook his head of the strange thoughts then his shorts. “Shit,” he cursed feeling his dick pushing hard against them. “Hope no one saw that…” he muttered as he headed back to the showers.
Over the next few weeks, James couldn’t believe just how much progress he was able to make. When Ron had told him that he’d already wanted to start training others, James figured it would just be a couple of guys. However, after the first day he seemed to get a new patron every day. By the end of the second week, the older man didn’t even have time to train with James anymore. There were so many patrons that he ended up doubly up some of his sessions. More over none of them seemed to mind.
He just kept growing. The fat old man lost that huge belly and instead had a near perfect size pack. All that extra weight he’d gained over the years was rapidly disappearing while his muscles just kept growing. He loved every minute of it as the new clients would be so astounded by just how big and burly he was. Moreover, his white hair had turned black again and filled out the empty spaces on the top of his head. He almost looked younger as the added definition seemed to smooth out his skin and broaden his jaw. Not to mention how it was hard for him to hide dick in his shorts.
Not that James cared all that much. He now had plenty more time to spend on himself while he just kept growing while Ron did all the work. Every day was another pound or two of muscle added to his frame. All he had to do was sit there. By the end of the month he’d had to buy an entire new wardrobe to fit his expanding muscle. It was impossible for him not to fill out his large shirts and even the XL’s were starting to feel a little small.
“Do you think I’m getting too big?” James asked Stan at one of their sessions.
“Too big? No way that’s impossible,” Stan smiled as he looked over James’ body. He’d well since passed 200 pounds and was still gaining that pound or two a day. Though at the same time Stan didn’t seem to grow as much as James’ thought he would have. Over the course of the month he’d figured he’d been able to gain at least a couple of pounds but his body still looked exactly the same. Though he couldn’t deny that it was kind of hot. Seeing his scrawny body come in day after day just to watch him work out kept him coming back to the gym.
“Then why don’t you try to get more patrons like your dad? I know you know what’s going on. You looked at the contract.”
Stan shrugged. “Dunno… Guess it’s just part of the fantasy.”
“Part of the fantasy?” James looked down at Stan still staring lustfully at him. “I’m not gay you know.” He cocked a smile to make it friendly.
“I know…” Stan said. “But you’re contract may make you rethink that…”
“Huh?” James looked down a bit confused. “What are you talking about?”
“Well… Dad’s about to hit his goal weight, size and age, so that means everything that he’s been making each day is about to shoot over to you.” Stan smiled creepily up at James. “But then again I may have made a pretty mean contract when Hunter asked to be his client…”
James stared blankly as Stan continued. “See… He kind of bullied me a lot in high school… So when he asked for the contract I kind of made it to where every day he works out with dad he actually loses 5 more pounds, until he’s my size. And then the only way he can find sexual satisfaction is by thinking about bottoming for my dad.”
“What?” James was starting to get more confused.
“Oops… Sorry… I forgot I added the dumber part too… See I didn’t want you to catch on too quick or it wouldn’t be as fun. So I kind of made it to where every time we worked out you’d get a little dumber too… Sorry,” he shrugged.
“You… You did all that?” James slowly said. He looked over Ron’s clients again realizing that they were looking a little older too. Not by too much but some of them had definitely grown a little older. Wrinkles covered the bottom of their eyes. Every day the men would come in clean shaven then leave with a bit of a beard. Even the smooth abs some of them clearly should have had was replaced with a light belly.
“Yeah… Kind of… And a bit more,” Stan embraced James. His arms were barely able to fit around James’ waist. Not because he’d become fat but simply because his hips had become so broad. Over the last few months James’ hadn’t noticed that he was growing taller too. Only now did he realize that Stan fit perfectly under his armpit that he realized he’d passed six foot by a couple of inches.
A blush appeared on James’ face as his dick hardened at the idea. He was so much bigger. So much stronger. “Oh fuck…” his head pulled back as Stan nuzzled into his armpit. He looked over at Hunter realizing the full back was a good si inches shorter than he had been. His strong muscular frame was only three quarters of its original size. “I’m so big…” he moaned again. His dick throbbed. “No!” he pushed away. “This isn’t right… This isn’t right…” he groaned as he pushed Stan away. It was so hard to do. Despite all the strength he had, he didn’t want to do it.
But he had to. He tried his best not to think about it on his ride home. It was so hard. Throbbing each time the thought popped into his head. Each workout with Stan he was slowly getting bigger. Getting stronger than him. The car swerved but he kept it on the road. He rushed to his room and tried not to think about it.

The next morning James’ didn’t want to get out of his bed. It was the first time in a long time he didn’t want to see what that scale was going to say. He eventually lumbered over to see the numbers read 235. “Shit…” he groaned. It was 15 pounds heavier than yesterday. Looking in the mirror he looked swollen. Every part of his body bulged. He tried to rub it down but it shot right back up. A thought of Stan’s sweaty body pushed into his mind and his knees went weak.
His large body fell against the wall. “Damn it,” he grit his teeth trying to think of a girl again. It was impossible. The only thing he wanted was to feel Stan’s smooth body next to his. “Get over it…” he punched the wall, knocking a hole in it. “Shit… Gotta get ready…” He pulled out the XL shirts he’d bought just three days prior and already he could tell that it was going to be a tight fit. He tried ignoring it and hopped into the shower.
It was so much smaller than usual. His shoulders were pushing against the wall and the glass sliding door, while his head barely fit under the nozzle. He did his best to ignore it. Getting dressed was nearly impossible as his muscles fought with each other to get his shirt down. It took an obscene amount of work to actually get his shirt down his thick muscular arms and then over his chest. He could have sworn he heard some part of the fabric rip but any place it might have, he couldn’t see.
Besides, he didn’t want to move too much as each time he did, another seam threatened to snap. “Get new clothes,” it was his goal for today. He needed something that would actually fit him. Right now his shirt looked painted on his thick pecs and even his abs showed through. While his shirt didn’t quite make it all the way down to his sweat pants. Even with the flexible fabric they showed every curve of his leg and couldn’t even reach down to his ankles. It also didn’t help that he hadn’t thought about new shoes. These were already a couple sizes too small.
James had his mission for the day though. He need to buy the biggest clothes he could find at the store. He hopped into his car and pushed the seat almost all the way back. Even then it felt like his knees were hitting the steering wheel. He tried not to think about it as he drove to the store. He had his mission. Rushing to the back of the store he quickly picked up the several of the triple XL shirts and some of the largest pants he could find. He ran by the shoes and just grabbed a random pair with the biggest number. It didn’t matter. He just needed something bigger.
But he could feel a growth coming on. Right now was one of Hunter’s workouts. James tapped his foot impatiently as the cashier rang up the person in front of him. It was taking so long. His clothes were already straining against his body. It was just growing more and more uncomfortable. ‘C’mon… C’mon…’ he tried his best not to move around as that made the popping of his seams all the more possible. But his heart was racing faster with each item she scanned. His clothes were growing ever so tighter.
He stared daggers waiting for the woman to pay. Quickly he tossed his clothes down and waited again. It was taking too long. What he was wearing was rapidly coming closer to being on the floor. He couldn’t stand the feeling.
“Find everything okay?”
“Yeah. Sure. Whatever.” He dismissed the question. He saw the number racking up then reached for his wallet. His eyes went wide. One seam clearly snapped. Then another. He tried to move as slowly as possible, but with each new movement another one snapped. It wouldn’t stop. They rapidly tore from his body. The shirt he was wearing shattered to the floor. He stared blankly ahead.
“It’ll be 85.34,” the cashier smiled.
James entered his card and waited until it buzzed to tell him to remove it. She handed him the bags and he quickly left the store. He was so embarrassed that he didn’t even realize that his toes were sticking out in the front of his shoes. The only thing he could think about was getting home. He adjusted his seat and then drove home.
“This is crazy… This is crazy…” again he had difficulty putting on the shirt but this one at least fit him a little bit. Outside he could see Ron working on his yard again.
“Hey there neighbor,” Ron smiled. He looked barely even thirty. Yesterday James wouldn’t have put him a day under 50 but now he looked like he was as old as him. His thick burly body was one most people wouldn’t want to mess with.
“Hey, is Stan home?” James cut to the chase.
“Stan? Oh no… He’s gone out with some of his friends. That Hunter fella seems ta have taken a likin to him. But then again, maybe he’s just tryin ta git on my good side. So I can get on his bad…” he let out a chuckle as he pulled out some more weeds.
James couldn’t help but be a bit jealous as he heard Stan was hanging out with other guys. He shook it off, trying to act like everything was still normal. However the entire night he just couldn’t get Stan out of his head. He tried with all his might but he just kept tossing and turning more and more.
In the morning he trudged out of his bed and weighed himself like usual. It was hard to see over his pecs. His eyes lit up as he saw the number. “255!” he exclaimed. That was five more pounds than he was expecting. “Shit…” he groaned as he felt his even more inflated muscles. They looked even heavier than before. He couldn’t believe just how big he was getting. His hands were bigger than dinner plates and his socks stretched until the elastic in them broke. He groaned as he tried to think about anything other than his growing body or Stan.
He rolled over and looked at his phone. It was so small in his hand. He scrolled through looking for Sammy’s number. With a heavy sigh he clicked the call button. “Hello?” Sammy asked.
“Hey…” groaned James. “I need to break some contracts.”
“What? Why?”
“Because I’m getting too big…” He heard a laugh on the phone. “Sammy, I’m getting too big…”
“James,” he could hear the smile on Sammy’s face, “you can never be too big.”
James dropped his phone. He was stunned. Why would Sammy say that? Unless Stan had gotten to him first. He laid down in his bed. It was the only way he felt comfortable. Just moving, his muscles would rub up against each other. Their huge round shape was just too big. Eventually he drifted off to sleep again.
He woke up horny. His hand was already working himself as he was pulled back to reality. “What the Hell?” he forced himself to stop but that was a lot harder than it should have been. His hands just kept drifting back to the spot between his legs. It didn’t help that at some point in the night his underwear had ripped from his body and he couldn’t wear them anymore. Then again looking at even the largest shirts that he’d bought, clothes would be a bit of a problem. “What’s the damage…” he groaned as waddled over to the scale.
His thighs were just too thick to walk any other way. They scraped against each other with each step he took. Looking down he couldn’t see over his pecs any more. The massive shelf covered the view of his feet. He stepped off the scale. “290?!” He tried to do the math in his head but couldn’t quite get it. He just knew that it was a lot more than the 20 pounds he’d gained the day prior. “This is too much… This is too much… Oh my God… I can’t do this…” he started pacing back and forth. His dick flopped from thigh to thigh.
A series of knocks on his front door pulled him out of the spiral. He grabbed the bed sheet to cover up. Nothing else around could really do the job. He carefully pulled at the door, afraid that it might just pull right off. “Hello?”
