Apparently they had a lot more ties to the court system than he thought was even possible. He’d been fired from his law firm because it had cost them too much business. Now he was stuck with people who couldn’t afford a lawyer. He shuffled through his papers again trying to be as ready as possible, but knowing what he knew there was almost no way he could get his client off. There was too much evidence and Mike just couldn’t behave.
“Will you just sit still,” Dennis ordered. Mike just rolled his eyes and leaned his chair back. It’d taken hours of talking to, to even get him to dress in something nicer than torn jeans and a sleeveless shirt. Even so, his khaki’s and stripped polo weren’t a whole lot better. They had been bought well before he started to gain fat that seemed to encompass his entire body.
“Why? It ain’t the trial yet,” Mike looked like he was about to spit on the judge’s carpeted floor.
“Don’t you dare,” Dennis narrowed his eyes and he watched Mike think about it a little more. A grin popped out the side of his mouth as he sloshed whatever was in it around. The young lawyer grabbed a tissue off the desk. “You can spit in here.”
Mike looked like he was still thinking about it. Teasing the young scared lawyer was fun. He complied. It was with a bit of reluctance but he knew that if the judge found something like that on the floor he’d be in a lot of trouble. “Don’t know why you’ve got ta have such a stick up yer ass,” he growled.
“Cause I’m trying to save them from getting shoved up yours!” Dennis scolded.
“Please…” Mike dismissed, “Ain’t nobody ever gonna get close ta this ass of mine.”
“I don’t know if that’s always how it works,” Judge Harrow entered the room with a handsome cop behind him. The young strong looking man stood at attention next to the door as he closed it. He was by far the largest man in the room as his muscular body strained what looked like was the biggest uniform a police officer could have. His wide round shoulders forces the sleeves up, making them impossible to hide his round arms.
“Judge Harrow!” Dennis shot up from the chair. “I’m sorry about that. I didn’t mean it. Sir.” He set his folder back onto the desk and then smacked Mike with the back of his hand. “Get up,” he ordered under his breath.
“It’s alright,” the judge smiled. “This is still just a preliminary briefing. I’m just here to meet with you before we head to the official trial.”
“But… Isn’t the prosecution supposed to be here too?”
Judge Harrow chuckled. “Don’t worry about them. It’ll just be us for today.”
“Okay…” Dennis agreed. “Here’s my case file for why I believe that my client is innocent instead of guilty.” He pushed the folder forward on the desk and Judge Harrow grabbed it. The judge set it under his hands. “Aren’t you going to…. Uhhh… Look at it?”
“In time,” the judge dismissed. He was far too busy looking over them to really seem to care about what was in the file. “I would like to get to know you better before we get started with the business portion of today.”
“Okay..? What would you like to know.”
“Come now Dennis,” Judge Harrow laughed. It almost sounded like he was mocking him. “Don’t make it sound so formal. It’s just supposed to be a bit of a meet and greet. To get to know you better. Maybe Mike’s right. You do like have a stick up your ass.”
Dennis’ body reacted to the sentence. He quickly stiffened at the implication. Even if true, he didn’t feel like someone like a judge should say something like that. But his confusion turned to anger as Mike started laughing even harder. “Dude! He totally does. Like he can’t fucking relax at all.”
“Probably cause he’s thinking about you too much,” Judge Harrow added.
“Sir!”
Mike started rolling back and forth in his chair. “God damn, its true man! This little bitch has been starin at me every chance he’s gotten. I’m almost feelin a bit violated.”
“That’s not true!” Dennis slammed his fists on the desk and stood up. Sure Judge Harrow was accurate on how much Mike was running through his mind but he’d been doing pretty good about not letting it interfere with his work. And he knew he wasn’t staring more than usual.
“Alright. Alright,” Judge Harrow held up his hands and eased Dennis back into his seat. “I’m sorry. It probably wasn’t very nice of me to say that.”
“Thank you.”
“It’s just that it’s kind of obvious.” Dennis’ eyes went wide realizing that it was a non-apology. “It’s just that your wearing such tight khaki’s that I just thought you were showing off. I mean I know your ass is huge but you could always wear something a little bit bigger.”
“Sir..?” Dennis tried to interrupt as he felt a discomfort about his pants. There was a tightness growing around his backside.
“Just a moment. I know you go to the gym pretty often to workout. I mean you’re lithe tight muscles can still be seen through that shirt but that ass. I mean do you ever skip ass day? I mean it’s way bigger than any normal ass should be.”

Mike let out a barrel of laughter as he realized just how big it was. It was starting to fill the chair. “Yeah man! Like holy shit. It’s bigger than most girl’s asses!”
“Must be why you like it so much.”
Mike’s mood soured as he glared at the judge. “No I ain’t,” but he fought off an urge to look at it again.
“But you said it yourself, he was looking at you too much. I bet it was just because you couldn’t tear your eyes away from him. Saw all kinds of emotions you projected onto him as well. But it’s just because he has such a sensitive ass. Even talking about it gets him a little hard. But when another guy feels it…”
“Sir!” Dennis finally interrupted.
“Hmmm?”
“I’m sorry but may I use the restroom?”
“Of course,” the judge smiled. “Just right down the hall.”
“Right,” Dennis said as he jumped up from his seat. The police officer already had the door open by the time he got there. The lawyer rushed down to the bathroom and then pushed himself into a stall dropping his pants. “Oh fuck… Oh fuck...” he moaned as he looked at his hard dick. Dennis walked back to the judge’s office and the door opened for him before he even touched the handle. “Oh,” he walked back in and nearly walked back out. “Ahh, you’re back,” Judge Harrow smiled like everything was perfectly fine. He didn’t seem to care at all that Mike wasn’t dressed properly. The bright off setting colors were designed more for the gym than an office like this. “I was just talking to Mike about his workout plan. Six days a week seems a bit excessive for me but I guess to get a body like that it’s mandatory.”
“Yeah…” Dennis found himself agreeing. His eyes wouldn’t turn away from the giant muscular man sitting in the chair.
“See?” Mike gloated. “Can’t stop lookin at me.”
Dennis tried to look away but his eyes just wouldn’t comply. He was too busy fighting the urge to start touching himself right then and there. The sensation was just growing for him. Just being around Mike seemed to be getting him off. But Judge Harrow didn’t care. He just continued to stare forward with his blank but pleasant smile. “That’s understandable though. “Guess so,” Mike cocked his head back. He leaned deeper into the chair with his legs spread wide.
It was getting harder for Dennis to think. Seeing Mike’s large body splayed out for him to sit on just kept calling to him. He fought the urge to sit and turned back to the judge. “Sir,” he tried to maintain some kind of dignity but the discomfort from his pants seemed to be growing. “Should we talk about the case a little more?”
“Oh! Right, of course we can.” Judge Harrow opened up the file and started looking through it. “Hmmm… So public indecency…”

“Right… You have a bit of trouble keeping your clothes on in public, don’t you Mike?”
“Hehe,” Mike laughed. “Yeah man… It’s just so hard to keep this body covered up.”
“I know… I know,” Judge Harrow laughed with him. “But you’ve got to keep that in mind. Just cause your boyfriend likes to see you naked doesn’t mean that everyone else does.” He looked over the case file a little more. “Well! It looks like there’s a very easy way to figure out this case. It says here the perp clearly had a very small dick. Barely even two inches! “Right!”
“Well then there’s a very easy way to solve this. Drop your pants,” Judge Harrow said.

“Yes sir!” the officer still standing by the door chanted.
“See? Nothing to worry about. After seeing all that I don’t think there’s any reason to believe the Mike is our perpetrator and it’d just be a waste of time to keep prosecuting. So you two go on and enjoy your life.”
“Yes… Yes sir!” Dennis said as he pulled his pants back up. “Let’s go,” he turned to Mike and headed to the door. The officer quickly opened it and then closed it behind him.
