He blinked a few more times as he pulled back into his more normal state of mind. “Woah…” he moaned. There was currently a mess all over his computer. “Shit…” he leaned his muscular body back into the chair and groaned that he’d have to clean it up. “Wait…” He looked around and saw Paul staring at him.
“Hey,” Paul smiled.
“Hey,” Tony smiled back. He had a confident lusty tone to his voice as he stared at his boyfriend. “Hey?” he questioned, realizing his intent.
Paul blushed slightly as he dug his foot into the carpet. “Sorry… I couldn’t change everything back… I don’t really know how.”
“Change..?” Tony looked over his body and his eyes bulged. “Holy shit!” he shouted. His voice echoed off the walls. “What the fuck happened to me!?” It didn’t even take a second before he shucked his shirt to his floor and he started examining every new inch of muscle he had. Just like earlier, he had to be a good few feet away from the mirror to actually be able to see his whole body. He turned to the side and gave his body a huge flex. “Damn… I could get on stage with a body like this,” Tony bragged. Every single one of his muscles bulged out of his body. Even before he started flexing there was so much size he didn't even know what to do with it.
“That was the idea,” Paul smiled. “I figured if I couldn’t make you straight again… Well… I might as well enjoy it…”
Tony was too busy admiring himself to realize what Paul had just said. “Wait… You did this??” He tried to think about it a little more. He remembered there being a point where he was small and skinny like Paul but there seemed to be a whole lifetime of memories of him working out, going to the gym, and playing sports. What seemed like a distant memory had only been less than 24 hours prior. “Really?”
“Yeah…” Paul dug his foot into the carpet again as he was worried about what Tony was thinking. Even with the amount of excitement Tony was giving off, Paul couldn’t help but feel a bit embarrassed by projecting his desires onto him.
“That’s awesome!” Tony excited voice clearly pushed through the walls. “How’d you do it!?”
The door opened and Mr. Vitoli was standing in the doorway. “Boys,” he growled. The giant of a man filled the doorway. His deep voice rumbled through the room making Paul shake. But that was more because of the mean glare pointed directly at him. A few memories of how much the older man hated him ran through Paul’s mind. “What did I say about yelling?”
Tony glared back. However, Mr. Vitoli wasn’t paying attention at all. He wasn’t worried about his son. They were relatively the same size but Mr. Vitoli had more power over him. Besides his excessive bulk, just one word and the 19 year old wouldn’t have a place to stay anymore. That didn’t mean Tony was going to let his dad harass his friend though. He took a step forward but Paul stepped in front of him.
“I’m sorry sir. I got Tony worked up and wasn’t thinking. I know we’ve been very noisy today but can I ask you a question?” Paul was still shaking from the sheer power the other man exuded. Mr. Vitoli’s hand looked like it was big enough to crush his head. Let alone if he actually got mad enough to do it.
Mr. Vitoli blew a heavy amount of air through his nose. “Sure boy, make it fast.”
“Are… Are you easily manipulated?”
Instantly Mr. Vitoli and Paul’s body went stiff. They both stood straight up and their eyes were locked. Tony couldn’t help but feel like something was off but the more he stared the more he felt like he was in the wrong. Inside his mind however, Paul could see the old western style bar Big Bear had obviously put him in. Mr. Vitoli sat against the wall with his bulk filling up a booth. His golden beer frothed out of his heavy glass mug. Two smaller guys were draped on each side of him. Paul slowly approached.
“Da hell you think yer doin ‘ere? Ya ain't 21 yet,” Mr. Vitoli growled. “Big Bear always told me you were bad news…” He downed the glass and another one seemed to appear on the table. There was some still drips coating his massive beard.
Paul forced himself to be in control. He had to carry a brave face and seem like he knew what he was doing. Seeing the two guys fawning over the big guy made him a bit jealous. Obviously Mr. Vitoli always had trouble being in control at work. So, Big Bear must have given him a huge confidence boost allowing him to take charge of nearly any situation. Meanwhile everyone around him would naturally fawn over him. However, instead of being naturally a good leader, Mr. Vitoli focused more on his strength and ability to physically hurt someone to make them listen.
“Big Bear says a lot of things,” Paul finally settled with a statement.
Mr. Vitoli’s face scowled even harder. Big Bear was the only guys masculine enough to top him. He wasn’t about to let one of his son’s friends talk badly about him. Mr. Vitoli grabbed the table and pushed it forward. He took the two steps it took to get to Paul and stared down at the small man. “Ya gonna talk shit?”
“Talk shit? I’m just here to train,” Paul said.
“Train?” The sentence caught the 40 year old off guard. It didn't make any sense in his bar.
“Yes. Train,” Paul repeated. “We’re in a gym after all.”
“Gym?” Mr. Vitoli asked. His eyes weren’t pointed at Paul anymore. He raised them up and saw the wood panels of the bars turn to mirrors. The dull smoky lighting turned into bright fluorescent lights that accentuated every single curve on his body. There were guys all over the place lifting weights. He suddenly felt self-conscious about his weight. Even if he could take any one of the guys in that gym in a fight, he knew he didn’t 'look as good as them.'
“Yes. Gym,” Paul’s confidence was rising as he felt the reality bending to his will. Seeing Mr. Vitoli’s anger turn to confusion as he changed the older man’s inner thoughts felt amazing. His safe space wasn't the musty bar filled with smoke and overbearing men fawning over his body but rather in the gym with him, working out. “I’m not working you too hard today am I?” Paul gave him a light slap to the arm with the back of his hand.
“What? No,” Mr. Vitoli lied. His body was sweating like a hog. He could feel his shirt clinging to his body while his jock was dripping down his leg. He only hoped that was just sweat. “It’s not too bad…” he panted.
“Are you sure?” Paul asked. “Why don’t you take a quick seat. Drink this.”
Mr. Vitoli took the shaker bottle with water in it and started to drink it. “Thanks…” he wiped some of the sweat from his brow but couldn’t help but still feel a bit embarrassed.
“No problem. You’ve been working hard. I’m so glad you’re keeping up with it,” Paul said. He had a weird authority about his voice that Mr. Vitoli wasn’t sure how much he liked. But he was so tired that he wasn’t about to make an issue out of it.
“Yeah?” Mr. Vitoli took another drink from the bottle. It cooled him off greatly.
“Yeah!” Paul smiled. “It’s already been two months and you haven’t given up yet. You’re already down 20 pounds and you’ve been gaining muscle too. I know we’ll reach your goal soon!”
“Yeah?” Mr. Vitoli felt his face go red. He knew the heat was partially to blame but for some reason he enjoyed hearing the complement from the ‘dork.’ A thought about how he looked back in high school shot through his head and he now had his goal again. Getting that thin was probably impossible but he could at least get closer to it. He ran his thick bulky hands over the fat still layered against his body. “But Big Bear says—“
“Big Bear? That fucking bitch? You don’t need to listen to his pansy ass. I could top him if I wanted to. I bet a big strong masculine man like you only tops guys like him.” Paul paused and added a malicious grin.
“But…” Mr. Vitoli’s mind was parsed as he knew the only man he could never top was Big Bear. But hearing Paul’s complement he almost felt like he could. He was bigger than him. Easily stronger. Why should he have to bottom? He never did for anyone else. Why should he for someone as annoying as Big Bear? He may not have like Paul much but it sounded like he had a point.
“But nothing!” Paul broke Mr. Vitoli out of his thoughts. It only cemented his confidence even further. “A guy like you doesn’t have to even say much to be in charge. Guys like Big Bear only act tough. Guys like you are tough. No need to throw your weight around. People naturally follow because you know when also not to lead.”
All the complements Paul was giving him just made Mr. Vitoli feel odd. Suddenly, he didn’t know why he hated the kids guts so much. He wasn’t a bad guy. Just a bit annoying. And a bit of a dork. Really a full loser. Honestly, he didn’t even know how his son had become friends with someone with so little of a life...
“Hey!” Paul got Mr. Vitoli’s attention. He was tired of hearing all the insults. “Are you ready to train again?” He kept the chipper attitude, grinning through his anger.
“I guess…” Mr. Vitoli said. “But…” his eyes looked around the gym seeing all the guys in better shape than he was. A pang of regret washed over him as he thought about how bad he looked. Part of him wanted to go back to that bar with all the guys lusting over him.
“Hey…” Paul interrupted the thought again. “You got this. Honest. You’re looking good.” His eyes and voice softened as he said it.
“What..?” Mr. Vitoli blushed again. He felt his dick go hard. “I… I don’t know about that,” he muttered.
“Why?” Paul asked. His hands slowly ran down Mr. Vitoli’s thick bicep causing the big man to shudder. “Why not?” he pushed himself closer and put his hands on Mr. Vitoli’s chest. “Something wrong?” Paul asked innocently.

“Good,” Mr. Vitoli knocked on the doorframe two times and went to his bedroom.

“What was? What just happened?” Tony asked.
Paul looked over his boyfriend again. “What do you mean..? Didn’t you see it?” He asked but then his eyes caught the weights next to Tony’s window. No longer were they the shiny brand new ones he’d bought but rather older hand me down ones that looked like they were closer to 30 years old. The metal had lost its luster but that didn’t mean they weren’t still good for working out with.
“No? Not really…” Tony thought about it a bit more. “It’s like I have a memory of my dad being a total asshole. But like I know he’s not… Like we started training together even. Well recently...” His hand went to the back of his neck and he massaged it lightly. “It’s kind of weird… Like I felt like his body was bigger and bulkier but now it’s a bit more trim… Not a whole lot but it’s like he’s been trying to get back into shape.”
“I think it’s best not to worry about it too much,” Paul said.
“But…”
“Really. Don’t worry about it. I made sure to make him a bit more lenient and I don’t think we have to worry about Big Bear anymore,” Paul smiled. “He’ll be in for a surprise.”
“What’d you do?”
“Honestly, I’m not even sure…”
