A little late, Happy New Year

The part I focused on this time was her hair.
I wanted to create a sense of dynamism by depicting long hair.
I tried to make the flow of the hair a little irregular and to change the thickness and angle of the hair so that the viewer would not get bored.
However, if I overdid it, it would look messy, so I limited it to the back of the hair and reduced the movement of the hair near the face.
If the hair is fluttering like this, the head ornament should also move more, but I dared to lie for the sake of appearance.
In order to create a calm illustration while maintaining a certain degree of dynamism, I included not only curvilinear elements but also linear elements.
Also, by not moving the ornament part, you can feel its weight, which contrasts and emphasizes the softness and lightness of the hair.
The most important part of this work is the face.
Therefore, I processed the picture by blurring the corners of the screen and applying chromatic aberration to the areas other than the face, so that the viewer's gaze will be drawn to the face.
I'm currently working on an article on how to draw faces.
