Question about creature/npc bundles

I'm currently creating the new products for the update in 2023.
I was wondering in terms of the creatures/monsters if I should include humanoids and generic statblocks in the same bundle, or put those in a bundle combined with NPC's I plan on making.

Npc statblock: possibly, or they would refer to a generic humanoid statblock. Yes all humanoids intended as sentient -probably ;)
Question, do the NPCs have statblocks? And are the humanoids sentient?
