New Patrons + News!
🕑 Added 2018-07-07 22:35:48 +0000 UTC Hey all :)I wanted to take the time to introduce some brand new patrons to our growing Apoca-Ville! Please give a very warm welcome to the following peoples: Josh the Jolly, Aern the Aerodynamic, Fedden the Forager, Aaron the Angsty, Thomas the Tank Engine (hehe), Pikablue the Pocket-Sized, Yilmaz the Yoddler, Emil the Energetic, Michael the Mission-Maker! Welcome all you happy people! I hope you're all having a wonderful day so far. I also wanted to let you know that I've typed up most of your personalized thank you emails and will be sending them out shortly. They will contain all your codes and how to use them ^_^ In the meantime, please join us on Discord. https://discord.gg/y3V4hbN It's pretty relaxed in there and we usually have a great time when everyone isn't busy doing their own thing. If you're looking to meet some really cool people though, I'd check it out. Plus, I'm there and since I'm the coolest ^_~
I also wanted to take this time to really thank all the game's fans, followers, players and patrons. You guys really are amazing and I appreciate all the support I've been getting toward the game, especially in the last few months as more and more things come together. Remember as well that I'm here for all of you. If you guys need to talk with someone about something whether it be to vent or just have a friend, or you need support with an emotional situation, maybe awareness about something important to you, please don't hesitate to approach me with these things and I will do my best to help. My family and I thank each and every one of you!
In Other News, game development is coming along nicely! I've gotten a ton of things done with a lot more on the way. I've fixed a bunch of little bugs here and there, all the new titles are in (I'm still trying to come up with the second patron one which works with the WWW code, the new facial feature variables are in which means I had to rewrite a small amount of the player description. Here are a couple of samples...
1) Your face is somewhat feminine but mostly androgynous; it lacks even the slightest sophistication and charm however. You also have two light brown eyes and short curled lashes and pierced brows. You have a cute nose as well. Beyond that, you have normal ears. Your thin lips on the other hand are very petite and behind them lie typical humanoid teeth and a regular tongue. (with 0 Charmskill and a 2 Facial Feature; androgynous)

2) Your face is incredibly feminine; it lacks even the slightest sophistication and charm however. You also have two light green eyes and fetchingly long and luxuriously curled lashes. You have a cute, but pierced nose as well. Beyond that, you have short, gray pointed ears. Your large lips on the other hand are sexy and behind them lie extra pointy but typical humanoid teeth as well as very sharp incisors and a regular tongue.
The Character Creation process now allows you to pick a single piercing if you like, excluding nipples and genitals. The character creation also randomly dictates how attractive you look with the facial features variable. Escorts and Suave get a +1 in that department depending on gender. I also implemented a way to remove titles if you pick one and then decide later you don't want any, Aaleahya also has her first picture (she's the candle-girl and the player's first companion) etc. I'm also part-way through the Bad Alaraune's encounter and sex scene with choices and variables. I'll likely be finishing her up in the next few days and then working on a couple of the Entice descriptions, then going back to an NPC, Entice variables until the first release.
That's all I got for the time being!
