🕑 Added 2023-04-26 18:00:03 +0000 UTCI’ve had this recurrent feeling of needing air for the last month… it wanes and grows at times, but it’s just there, that sensation of not getting enough air.
At first, it made me panic, making my anxiety skyrocket, but nowadays it feels like being sleepy and I yawn a lot.
There’s a recurrent question in therapy lately… “what are you holding in?”
My emotions?
My needs?
My voice?
Will there be a key moment where I realize what it is that I’m holding in and I’ll be able to breathe without thinking again? I wonder…
