Wow, Ok. . .Attunement Psychosis is nuts in a good way. A common cyberpunk idea and way to control power due to becoming a cyborg is the 'lose of self' and you captured that in a very neat and concise way under the 5e ruleset, maybe a little too concise but it's a great starting point. It's a firm conceptional skeleton to making cyberpunk/gas lamp DnD and one I'd personally love to see expanded .
