Caster doesn't get to wield a treasured tool as their phantasm is the innate magic they possess. Only Archer and Saber can wield treasured tools, and this ability is a tradeoff for the flexibility of the Caster summon. Hope that helps!

A question for the servant ability: Innate Phantasm (Caster Only). A treasured tool summoned in the hero’s possession immediately disappears. Is this a good thing? I don't quite understand how this would work
