It really felt like Anna was almost equating slavery in America and British and American colonialism in general to the belt and road initiative which is pretty rworded (am I gonna get kicked out of the app for using the word??) We also know for a fact that China has been pretty forgiving with debts, etc. the US literally has 29 military bases in africa and the US and EU still have a larger presence there. I’m not trying to be a whining ass but it was really pissing me off especially with all the anti China propaganda and Cold War shit brewing. Unfavorable views of China (in the US at least) are already reaching historic highs. I know they like to troll but why espouse the views of 9/10 of Americans.
