I had the same problem with Lara, I had to use URM to completely restart her pregnancy.

You don't need a new save. You can't impregnate her if she is still taking a pill. You need to continue with her route. Have a meeting in her cabin and later in the shooting range.

Does the Lara content have to be on a new save to start? She never messages on the saves after returning from Hope 2 and having done the pregnancy content with Saki and having Cassandra and Maria confirm their pregnancy. Also regardless of I tell her about stopping or starting the pill she says she's taking it. Can Saki and Lara not be pregnant at the same time? Sorry I do not have the funds to pay for the walk through tier. I do know the update is installed because I can work in the clinic.
