Demi using her brother's experience to validate her absolutely asinine behavior doesn't sit right with me... I grew up with a sister with higher support needs autism, and a blood disease that was terminal (thankfully she was part of some treatment trials and is still with us). My parents admit to this day that I had to find my own way a lot because of the attention given to my sister. I couldn't even talk back to her because "she could die soon" - and im having trouble seeing how this could turn anyone into someone who deliberately harms people for their own gain. It hurts, but its not on my sister? You can't blame your siblings for these things, its not their fault that disabled people are left to the wolves in these systems and that parents are then left to fend for themselves to find support. Give me a break. Take some responsibility. It can absolutely impact how you move in the world, and it holds a lot of weight, but its by no means a pipeline to whatever TF she's up to.
