My problem with AI so far are the learning models. AI is being let loose to learn from whatever it finds online, not paying anyone for their content or hard effort of producing/researching, or having a way to vet it. As Clint mentioned, it lies all the time because it assumes everything it finds is fact. And all those creators, scientists, artists, programmers, get 0 compensaion for all their efforts being swallowed by the beast and then being sold for pennies while the originals are tossed aside because heaven forbid we pay more than a few pennies for someone's hours worth of time and resources to create something.

Have you tried Grok? At least the latest version seems to be more accurate than Chat GPT. It doesn't seem to just make things up, but obviously you can't rely on it to never make mistakes.

can AI take over education? Like teaching a child to read? I work in virtual education and we have programs that teach reading, but they cannot replace human parents or teachers. I find purpose in teaching and seeing children thrive.
