Project Update: "Summer it's not over!" pt3

Good day to you! Hope everything is going good :)
Checking in for a quick update on the Peach vs Daisy animation, which means time for some WIP stuff! *yeaaaa*
Before diving into it though, let me just say that current animation length is 2 minutes and 7 seconds, and as far as plot I'm kinda only halfway through.
This will most likely make this one the biggest one yet for me, which will require a few more time to finish.
On top of that, as I already sais, I'm currently setting up good basis for voice acting, so I intend to include even that in the mix.
I honestly cannot give you a date for when it will be finished, but I am supercharged and putting myself 120% in this one!
Especially because current results are giving me really good vibes 😎
But you can let me know that in the comments afterwards!
These renders you've seen until now are done via Cycles instead of Eevee, which is a render engine that, in really really short, has a way more accurate and realistic light calculation stuff. The downside is that to make a single frame with this the final render would take literally ages, so if in the final video the overall look is different you know why aahah
It's suble in some cases, but it makes everything feel more.. "real".
As promised in the last post, here's the start of the animation: early WIP in colour (without any correction) plus first draft for future voice lines so you start getting into the plot: CLICK HERE - MEGA

So... that's something I'm working on, but I can't promise if the final release will have it. The thing is I am really bad at it in the current state, tried in a few previous videos but didn't really evolve much. Trying to find out a good way of implementing that, which is efficent and looks real enough. Cheer for me! ahah

No burnout in sight for now ahah In the end I'm making more relaxed hours instead of consistent "forced" work. I just really wanna try to make a small full story piece, but taking my time to do that properly at my best capabilities. Let's see 🤞
