Break time?
🕑 Added 2020-01-06 00:05:51 +0000 UTCWith the Christmas pics finally finished, I'm ready for a real vacation... the holiday season is always stressful, and winter in general is a motivation-killer, but this year I've also been driving more, and have been fighting a nasty cold. But at least by this time next week, I'll be back home where it's warm!
In the meantime, one thing I will be working on is a template script for face rigs. I'm basing it off of what I've built for Daisy, but also want to leave room for more complex controls.
Once I'm back home, my plan then will be to finish Daisy's rig, test the hell out of it, and animate her if nothing's broken. But after that, what's next? I could work on the diner model, so I have an environment I can animate Daisy in, OR I could put another character into production. But which one?
If I put it to a vote, odds are Monique would win by a landslide. The problem for me is I need a break from Daisy, and Monique is too similar (nearly identical). Rose may not work either, because I'd want to give her a rig that would morph between her tall & mini forms, AND that could double as Lily. Mercy would require more cloth dynamics than I want to deal with, right now. Off the top of my head, that leaves Mary-Anne, Alice, Violet, Aimee, and Candice. OR I could move forward on my model of theycallhimcake's Cassie...

I think Mary-Anne would be a good start. She's a fairly prominent background character. The big complication is if you feel the need to do her furry rig too.
