Something that's been bothering me for a while is that while the quality of the animation has significantly improved over time, the sound effects have remained the same and having the same old repetitive noises is a bit jarring with the high quality animation and detracts from the overall experience a bit. Some new, more varied sound effects, or even some actual voice acting would go a long way, I think.
