I think mini-comics are a great way to lets other great ideas get the chance to be a comic. You could use the second place winner for comic voting be the one that gets a mini-comic, and if there is a tie, just vote again for thich gets the mini-comic

Those are super cute! I also think mini comics can also be a good way to do more patron ideas. Maybe you do a big poll every so often and the top vote gets a big comic and runner-ups get mini comics? That or Patron ideas get voted for mini-comics and you set up your own set of ideas for big comics if you're still looking to do bigger ones. (Also holy cow that muff squish, mfff - I love the way you do squishiness soooo much 💖)
