Also I would say their SVT's vice leader would be Jeonghan, he is their emotional vice leader, Scoups has even talked about how Jeonghan has been a strength and safe space for him when leading the group, and listening to everyone's worries, as well as being there for Scoups and for the rest of the members. He can be cheeky, loves to play with the rules of any game, but he is also the heart of the team, brings the gentleness to the team, this is what SVT has said themselves about his presence in the team.
