Yeah I mean it would be cool if they actually wear shoes XD But that might be hard to do considering there are octopi
they sometimes put the things they cant wear up in their house, I don't know how likely it is though

New Horizons? Yes you can, but they might not wear them. If you give them some clothing, there's a 12.5% Chance that they'll love it, an wear it right away. Otherwise, there's a 1%/day chance of them wearing any gifted clothes. I know, because I gifted my Ape starter a pair or Zuri, and he said that "He loved how manly they made him look", and put them on right away.
