Seungmin is the biggest Day6 fanboy (lol no jokes there's video evidence everywhere online) Channie is Young K(Brian)'s son since he was a trainee back in pre-debut days You're not racist Nigel I also thought Wonpil and Seungmin resembled when I first saw him Lee Know's 'Love Me or Leave Me' cover is a day6 song as well (I love that song sm❤️‍🔥) Oh, Leeknow and Seungmin cohosted the Dekira (Kiss the Radio) show with Young K a few years ago and got closer to him🧡 IIRC the zombie cover Seungmin and Chan performed, it was originally meant to be Han singing with Seungmin but Han was ill or sth so Channie had to step in veryyy last minute and learn the song before they went on stage🥹💘

YES! Xdinary Heroes did an amazing cover of Hellivator. I love how (from what I've heard) JYP said that Chris made Hellivator too high for guys to sing and now two groups from JYP have performed the song amazingly.

omg I just stumbled across an Xdinary Heroes video yesterday and was like "oh, I think I've heard of them. I'll check out one of their videos." BIG mistake because now I am in love and am falling down the rabbit hole. Their cover of Zombie was amazing. I hadn't heard the original before or knew what the lyrics were but, after hearing the original, I can say they did it justice. And now I also want to look into Day6 because I loved both of these songs! I don't have time to get into another group! Nigel, if you are going to look into Xdinary heroes at some point (which I recommend!) Please watch their Immortal Songs performance. I've watched it twice in the past 24 hours and will likely watch it many more times. I don't even know anyone's name yet but am in love with the keyboardist's voice <3

If I had the recommendation tier I would totally recommend “Maniac Tour Japan FAN project” I honestly love Jstays the fact that they made SKZ so touched Binnie cried, innie was sobbing and you could hear it and Felix was comforting others while sobbing too. I love Jstays they proved to skz that we stays love them the most 🥹❤️

The second cover was on a show called "Weekly Idol"! Stray Kids have been on it to promote almost all of their comebacks (I think Maxident was their last time). The whole episode is definitely worth a watch! The show is how I learned more about SKZ and ATEEZ when I first got into them

i didnt read all the comments, so i am not sure if someone has mentioned it before BUT the performance of zombie, it had been supposed to be seungmin and han instead of bang chan but han couldnt make it that day, so chan basically learned that song within an hour or two before the performance.... just a fun fact if we wanna simp over christophers talent a bit more BUT seungmin and han then ended up releasing a skz record of the cover, if you ever wanna hear the version with seungmin and han aswell, since you liked the song ;)

So glad you know about Day6 now!! They’re one of my fave k-bands and Seungmin is their biggest fan. Btw, there’s always been this running joke about JYPE that they clone their idols because there are times when they have lookalikes. Wonpil and Seungmin are one of them, sometimes Han and YoungK look really similar and another idol from a band in JYPE also looks a bit like them (Gunil from Xdinary Heroes). When I first made a commitment to be a full-on kpop fan I was convinced that I would just be a Stray Kids fan and a casual listener of groups I already knew of, but through SKZ i’ve become a fan of so many other artists both in k-pop and outside of it.

I love this version of zombie. I relate with the lyrics so much. Also I've never seen the music video of the original song. The second song I've never heard. I may have the time to start a hobby. I just ain't got the money. And originally Han and Seungmin covered this song. Bang Chan came on last minute and learned the song last minute. Nigel, you were so excited to sing that last word.
