The model port itself was pretty simple. I made a mistake with one of the meshes and ruined the UV mapping so I had to repair that. I didn't want to redo outfitting.
The longest part was making the color maps. The embroidery in particular was something new I haven't tackled, but a bit if trial and error here and there let me preserve the detail.

Download is attached to this post. Despite the zip being only ~10mb, the asset is around 100mb. I wanted to avoid doing 4K, but I needed to keep it for the top to preserve some detail.
