I think Lily is being reckless by putting the idea of the club forward to McGonagall without discussing it with Harry in depth first. But Harry is smart enough to be discerning about what he teaches and to whom.

Very solid chapter, and I definitely appreciate the pseudo dark mode in the google doc. This fic has been a ton of fun, and I’m both sorry to see it winding down and excited to have another complete fic to have in my library.

I get them wanting to learn from him. I don't get why they'd make it into a club that their enemy could join. That just seems like a bad idea. Letting them know the tactics and capability of the members is a good way to get killed. Better to not be a club and just a group of friends learning together, than a group the school has say over.
