Writing Contest!
🕑 Added 2024-03-01 14:26:31 +0000 UTCThis is the official start to our second writing contest. You can begin making submissions any time you like. I will accept them between now March 21st at midnight. Please make sure to read the rules below before making a submission. Stories can be submitted through Patreon in a PM, or (preferably) on the #submissions channel on the Discord. https://discord.gg/nh4BnescE3 If you have any questions, you can ask them here in the comments, send me a message on Patreon, or @ me on the Discord. Prizes this time will be $100 for 1st, $50 for 2nd, and $25 for 3rd. Make sure you have a working paypal account to collect your winning!
Rules:
1. All stories must be HP-centric, no crossovers. Original Characters are allowed, and encouraged. You are allowed one submission per person. Writers with their own Patreon may make a submission, but will not be in the poll, or eligible for the prizes. Instead, you can post a link to your page with your submission. These will be posted separately from the others.
2. Make sure your story is a minimum of 2.5k words, and a maximum of 8k words. I'm lenient with the max end of the scale, but try not to go too far over. Edit it as best you can before submitting it to me. Include a short summary, the pairing(s) (if there are any), any applicable tags, and your Patreon user name. Please do your best to correct spelling and grammar before submitting. Sex scenes are optional.
3. Ensure that your story complies with Patreon's TOS. Featuring themes that go against their TOS will mean I can't post the story. If you have questions about an idea, message me. Also, try to get your story in early, so I have a chance to read it. If I can't post it, I will let you know as soon as possible so you can make corrections.
4. Send me your story in a PM, or post it on the Submissions channel in the Discord https://discord.gg/B6CrevNUtJ. All stories will be reviewed to ensure they don't violate Patreon TOS. The final decision of whether a story is appropriate for this page or not will be at my discretion. Make sure your Patreon screen name is on the document you're submitting for voting. If you wish to remain anonymous, let me know when you submit your story. No one but the mods can see who posts in Submissions on Discord. If you have any questions, you can ask in a comment on this post, in a PM, or on the Discord.
Good luck, have fun, and I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
