Extrapolation. I don't know why, but she has a "problem solver" vibe. Maybe her character arc is more complex and appearance is the plot twist to show us some kind of balance.
As an outsider looking in: Her design is fresh to me. I've never seen a protagonist female so outrightly demon, with red skin, sharp features, a spade tail, and at the same time maintain friendly airs about her. Both of the character's teal jackets, epauletes, trim, and boots hint at ties to an empire, or possibly military specifically navy. Interesting to see if her personality clashes with Berrows. He gives me the impression of someone who's never actually cared about following protocol but is competent enough to tell you - from memory - exactly what the regulation states. On the other hand, Eisschar seems like shes feigning professionalism, and is actually a total goofball underneath it all.
