Hello! This is easily fixable, I think. The lack of video yet present audio indicates that is a Codec issue. Are you using the H264 download? That should play on almost everything. If not, I recommend you try VLC player, as it is very comprehensive in the codecs it uses. Let me know if this works!

Hi Dan, Sorry about the trouble! The issue you’re seeing (audio but black screen) usually happens if your device or video player doesn’t support the video codec. I provide both H264 (mp4) and HEVC (h265) versions—some devices or browsers don’t support HEVC/h265 yet, which often results in exactly what you’re describing. Could you try downloading or playing the H264/mp4 version instead? That one works on nearly all devices. If you’re still seeing a black screen with the H264 version, let me know what device and player you’re using, and I’ll help troubleshoot further or provide an alternate format.
