🕑 Added 2019-09-05 22:36:07 +0000 UTCWe migrated our servers from OVH to Google Cloud Platform. It took us 5-6 days of thorough testing, but we're finally done!
We made a few tweaks to configurations to ensure we can serve even more users than we could before.

You're probably on global/NA firmware, which doesn't have built-in local update functionality. Our install guides cover this, and also tell you how these devices are meant to install updates manually: via OnePlus' separate APK. Please check our guides again, or email us at support@oxygenupdater.com.

Hi y'all, question, I downloaded the new update today and I cannot find where it is for the life of me. I've been to the about device oxygen OS but there's no indication of anything that will actually install it. I had my OnePlus 7 pro for 4 years before I bought my new 11. So this isn't my first try at it. I appreciate any help
