Ahaha my bad, in ep. 21 I mention the anime cut Rudy telling Ruijerd about the man-god. I was wrong. I must have either miss that part of ep. 22 or forgotten about it. On ep. 23, the manga give a bit more detail on Eris thought before she left like where she is heading. She believe Rudy would be able to figure out and understand her motivation for leaving and for him to wait for her but yeah, like everyone would, he didn't. Also yeah, I'm a manga and anime only of Mushoku but I got spoil so much from the LN cover art and LN reader so I know what you mean. The latest LN vol. cover art is out which make it worst but got me so hype for later chapter of the manga which have yet to catch up to the LN.
