The discount for the t-shirts breaks when the store is paused. Once the store resumes, the discount shows up again ;)

The International Discount is working, but 10$ off The shirts aren't working. My theory is that there is a conflict with how the discounts are being calculated. If it's only one type of discount sort of deal, could I opt out of the International Discount and just use the Shirt discount? But if they are supposed to stack, is there something I am supposed to do to activate that?

Can you advise what time zone the store is based in? The message to wait until midnight didn't go away when I checked after midnight (my local time).
