Almost like its own dance, as the patron push his tongue into her navel, the tavern girl responds by pushing back, skillfully rolling her belly towards the patron's tongue, which the patron then responded by pushing his tongue deeper and harder into her navel with every push, following the rhythm of her dance.
After she's free from one patron, another quickly grab her hips and bit the side of her midriff, nibbling softly on the rolls of flesh that forms whenever she gyrates her hips. She responds by doing it even more, playfully trying to shake him off.
While his mouth is busy with that, he run his right hand softly on the front of her belly, seeking her navel with his fingers, then softly insert his middle finger and rub deep inside her navel in a circular motion. The way he glues himself to her midriff is almost like he wants to feel and taste every part of her mesmerizing midriff.
Despite her belly constantly being occupied by the patron, she is able to keep dancing, even when her belly is grabbed, her navel poked or licked. She somehow make it all look like its part of the choreography. Her midriff is never free from someone's touch for more than a few seconds. Always a hungry hand or lips on it, eager to have a taste, and she is very accommodating to any patrons who wish to indulge.
