As someone who is currently trying to escape/ fix / rebuild a burnout situation, the too-late point is way earlier than it looks. Like I think Claire is already affected, sadly. Overworking is one way to stave off the collapse that feels imminent if one allows themself to unclench.

What about a pair of assistants? One could be upbeat, encouraging, almost compulsively helpful, with high emotional awareness and levels of dork energy that rival Claire's own. The other could be tough, ascerbic and brutally honest, with a low tolerance for bullshit and a willingness to tell Claire when she's making bad choices. ... I'm just saying, Willow and Iris are both looking for work. (I honestly can't tell if this is the best idea or the worst idea, but I'm pretty sure it's one or the other)
