Cold/cool water also helps flatten down the hair's cuticle, like how cool water helps close up skin pores. Conditioner and then cool water is very helpful for hair after previous scrubbing and warm water with shampoo!

Conditioner helps the hair's cuticle flatten down, thus leading to smoother, less tangled hair. The glaze for your hair would be some brands of cheaper hair products which essentially add a wax layer to make it look shiny like apples in the grocery store. Conditioner is not necessary for hair at the root since your natural scalp oils generally keep it nice and smooth and shiny, but conditioner is useful for the longer lengths of hair.

She's loved reading about A.I. history, so the idea of her subconsciously trying to look human is a neat little idea. I had the same question - was the suggestion to stream the yoga or the shower? I don't think yoga would fit the Burger Oni persona, but eating donuts in the shower certainly would! I guess the critical question is, would the filters work on someone in a shower? :^)

If you're doing yoga but it still feels bad after many sessions, please consider two things, no idea if they apply to you: #1 a different yoga instructor #2 not eating added sugar most days. For me and *some* family members, added sugars make us ache, probably due to extra inflammation. I am much less creaky, now that I avoid it.
