🕑 Added 2024-12-02 17:31:30 +0000 UTCI was scrolling reddit (as one does) and a post from the subreddit r/ChatGPT was recommended to me. Apparently, ChatGPT cannot say the name "David Mayer". Not believing the post, I downloaded ChatGPT and tried it myself (screenshot attached). Here are some links about the story, but details are scant since this literally just started a few days ago! It said my CAT'S name wrong!!! Something is definitely up!! I had to point out it's mistake, which was kinda scary, cuz we're in a fight, (it doesn't know of course, because it is insensitive to my deepest feelings), but when I corrected it, then it said it right. I felt like it would be too obvious to switch the convo to David Mayer, so then I chickened out. Guess I'm more afraid of a non-being than real people I know who I would have interrogated for hours.
