I'm haunted by some sort of car cryptid. My first car needed a $2K engine fix a month after I bought it, my sister crashed and totaled my second one, my third one's computer something or other broke and was going to be $2K to fix so I traded it in for my current car which I've had for less than 6mo and it now needs a transmission rebuild for nearly $6K! At this point I'm considering going to mechanics school to save myself on future repairs lol

Back in the days of straightening ones hair with an clothing iron... I had put the iron down on my bed, thinking I had turned it off, when in actuality I didn't 😭 bed sheets, comforter and mattress, ruined!!

i was dogsitting last weekend and forgot to bring my silly little iced coffee cup with me, so i made my iced coffee in some random cup they had at their house. it didnt have a lid. it also didn't fit in my car's cupholder. hadn't even had a sip, i spilled it all over my car, specifically in the driver's seat and on my pants 🫠

I’m so sorry that is a huge bummer!!! If it makes you feel better, here is a old personal haunting. I am a custodian at a high school and I broke a teachers stool style chair cause I sat on it and broke the bar where the feet would rest (it was a cheaply made chair) I made it look like it wasn’t broken so when a student sat on it next the teacher can blame it on them…. It worked

The frustration at something that was supposed to be simple 😭😭😭 I once tried to spell out “merry Christmas” with Christmas lights on my horses’ pasture fence. Took several hours, duct tape rolls, and tears, only for it to be *barely even visible* from the road. Ultimate despair but the horses liked it I guess

Oh no I’m so sorry :((( I dropped my headphones in a parking lot and they had tile tracking on them. When I went to look for them they were gone. A week later, I got a notification that they were turned on in a gym a few towns over. I was more mad that someone stole them than just losing them. I ended up getting better ones but I’m still salty.

I’m sorry Aly!! 😭 One time I was making pasta salad for a work potluck and realized that I bought grated instead of shredded parmesan. It ended up making the pasta salad clumpy and I cried because I wanted to impress my work crush 🥲 It ended up being a huge hit anyway lol

It’s ok Aly, when I used to work at Regal theater, I was constantly seeing shadow figures in the haunted ass projector floor. Everyone was too scared to go up there except for me, and I was like aight. I ALMOST FUCKIN DIED ONE TIME. I swear to the old gods I saw a shadow figure run to the fucking latter as I was climbing down with two giant light bulbs. Fuck me man shit was spooky
