My suggestion is Mizuki from Arknights big and immobile. He can summon tentacles to do things for himself, so could they be feeding him and squeezing his fat body. He also could be willingly fattening himself up and loving watching and feeling himself get bigger, or he could have lost control of his tentacles with him instead being unwilling and being force-feed by them. Would love to see Sebastian from Stardew Valley in you style! Waddling and huge, barely mobile and outta breath!
