Just kidding. Sometimes I get commissioned to draw big breasts on characters. I don't have much experience drawing those, and my usual proportions for females are humble, so I took the time to practice on my own. I drew Lulu first, and kept the Final Fantasy theme from that point on.

It's usually "draw big boobs for this character who normally doesn't have big boobs", but sure, sometimes it is emphasized the way as you said.

I honestly wonder, if the commissioner is just like “here’s a character” and the reference clearly has big breasts, or if they’re like “here’s the character. You’ll notice their massive badonkers. Remember to draw their massive bongerinos. They have absolutely dobonhonkeros, don’t forget that.”
