Can't believe she's not picking up on his interest. Nothing says 'I want you' like venting to someone for several straight minutes about how miserable you are that two guys are dating each other instead of you.

If anything, I also feel like Paulo isn‘t actually aware of his crush (yet) - or VERY strongly in denial about it, because he treasures Daisy so much as his childhood friend he feels very protective about? This page popped into my mind to this: https://www.bittersweetcandybowl.com/c96/p8 + as well as the following page with Paulo gazing after Daisy once she left, I think the cues are definitely there but yeah I can‘t picture Paulo actually admitting his crush yet atm

I think there's more evidence of them being platonic friends, like sharing their ideas of attraction and romance about other people with each other. I don't see Paulo doing that with a crush because I think he'd feel too embarrassed and would want to maintain his image to be less vulnerable.

I saw this as maybe some development of a crush, but not one that Paulo was aware of yet.

I always found this page pretty striking: https://www.bittersweetcandybowl.com/c97/p3 Paulo is hanging with Lucy after she finally came back and is even about to go on a date with her, but still Daisy manages to pop up in his mind in this scene, who makes him smile sweetly and daydream away, seemingly forgetting all about Lucy in that moment. This is just my opinion, but I always felt like this was pretty strongly indicating at least a crush towards Daisy.

Y'all are saying that Paulo has feelings for Daisy, but I'm only seeing them as platonic friends. Am I missing something here? Can anyone link me some pages as evidence for Paulo liking Daisy more than a friend? Paulo's "not the only one" comment could refer to a couple of people: Most likely Mikey! Mikey is someone Daisy is trying to move on from, and she's clearly reflecting her feelings onto Paulo, assuming he feels the same way about Lucy. Paulo probably understood this, and went a long with it rather than hurt Daisy's feelings by correcting her.
