Honestly I agree. While I know Mike is responsible for his actions, I know to some degree sandy influence those as well as barely interacted with Mike up till burnt bridges episodes. She has got to go

She's trying her best, and seems genuine, but it's clear Mike staying around her is just hurting him even more. It's a tragic place to be for both of them due to a breakdown in communication on both sides.
