Hopefully, agreed. I think her saying "don't be sorry" was her trying to keep things under control between them. Daisy reverted to explanatory mode to keep her defenses up. At least, I hope she did. Rationality is the cure for many problems in life. It's also the source of more problems if you don't raise your awareness to match.
